Her point #2: Praetoria has been done to death. Come on, who can argue this? When CoV was first introduced the vast majority of players already created Praetorians of their characters. Praetoria is not a good setting for Going Rogue, it was originally marketed as "Mirror Universe" although now they are trying to step away from that. As such, when creating a Praetorian version, your first thought is to create a character of opposite alignment.

Good luck and lets hope (cross fingers) this edition actually works well. I would prefer they fix whats broken and re-release it such as ASN, Base Raids, IoP's, and add more stuff to AE, but i wouldnt count on it.
The 1st part of this IS negative and a bit snarky. I think this is what sets people off 1st. Had she perhaps approached it the way she did here

This new edition does sound very innovative and i hope this edition runs a lot more smoothly than the past ones. With Cimerora and Ouroboros the devs have already proved they are masters at worldbuilding. Let's hope that "Going Rogue" has that same feel and quality.
Its like 2 completely different people post under FD's name at times.

On Sunday November 1st @ 4:30 pst pst / 7:30 est we will be taking over the Hami Raid and doin it in a way thats kinda befitting of us.. or, me.. who knows..
Hippie Hami !.. Thats right, you read that correctly. Come dressed in your best Hippie attire.. or something thats 70s related. Hippie, 70s or Disco.. you decide. Just think retro!
We will be hosting a costume contest after the raid, in the Dark side of the Moon room located in our base We will have enough people to be able to usher you in for this contest (our coalitions will be able to enter on their own).
Well start with the top 3 in : Best Male, Best Female & Best Bio. There will be an over all winner chosen and that will be the costume AND bio that has the best feel and vibe of that era.. The 70s. Prizes totaling 1 billion inf.
After the costume contest, we invite everyone to meet up in PI for a TOTing block party. I found a super cool area that would ensure mass chaos the more the merrier!
During both the Hami raid, and TOTing we will be asking random trivia questions and giving away our own goodies... Lot G procs, Numina ++s Miracle +s and some other juicy IOs.. How well do you know your surroundings in Paragon City? Well soon find out!
Hope to see lots of you there. Thanks to everyone that made this year fun.. Its been nice meeting and playing with all of you. -

1st up is a challenge: 4 Man Statesman Task Force.. pick your uberst 4 man team and lets see whatchu got. Runs from Thursday October 29th to Sunday Nov 1st.
Details :- · 4 man teams - all teams need to be started by 1 of us*. There is usually 1 of us on, or, you can post a time here or send an in game tell and ask for a specific start time and well make plans to be there. * @War Admiral @ Jonnie Neutron @ ibud @Cherry-2000. You can also ask @Fanged Knight.. hes a temporary Stoned member.
- · Winners will be based on fastest time only - if 2 times are identical - least number of deaths will be used to determine winners. If time and deaths are the same - both teams will share the prize pool
- · 500 million inf. is the prize to the winning team (125 mil per person)
- · You may only compete on 1 team for the event Globals and Alt accounts will be checked. Please dont try and be sneaky, thats just wrong.. and bad karma.
- · This part of the festivities starts on Thrusday Oct 29 and ends Nov 1st at noon. Winners will be announced during the Hami raid. Please take a SCREEN SHOT of the team with the menu dropped so we can see that no sneaky business went on , with the final time and send them to : 4manSTF@gmail.com
