ouch thats an awful build .
No TI ? thats 40% of invul damage Res gone right there
no end reduxs on toggles

and wheres the fitness line and whats the point of acrobatics when P brawlers has knockback protection ?

I've tried SR afew times in CoH and CoV and i always find its one of the hardest sets to plan a build for but it is very good for PVE,PVP not so much.
SR also remeber is a scaling set so the higher in levels you are the better it becomes.
toggles (1 end redux 3 def) are 19.5% Def
Passives (3 Def) are around 7.8%
Evasion (1 end redux 3 def) is 35% for some reason. (AoE)
Adding more than 3 enhancers of the same type give a reduced return in the percentage gain of any enahncer.
after 3 of the same the percentage is 5%
focused fighting+dodge (melee) stack .. focused senses and agile stack (ranged) but they will not all stack together because FF+dodge are melee defence only and FS and agile are ranged only.
I've played afew SR stalkers and i do find focused fighting helps a great deal .. once or twice i've just stood there and became hidden naturaly so i could hit for a critical.
Yep SR should scale better in i7 against higher lvl mobs -
oook where to begin.
Attacks.. without hasten you really need 3 dam 2 acc 1 rehcarge in them.
Assassins blow.. most ppl slot 3 dam 2 ACC 1 rehcarge
Combat jumping.. the gain on the extra 2 slots is so small its not worth adding them, better off using them someplace else.
Intergration.. is the backbone of the regen set giving i think 800% regen so 3 slot with heals.
Acrobatics .. Not needed at all ..intergration gives knockback protection.
Revive .. i dunno ..awaken mabe ?
Didn't see Reconstruction in there .. thats another regen backbone power
Reilience would be a good move to as its Res S/L and toxic and res disorient.
edit Mog 3 dam res 3 recharge would give you 80% Def 62% res and a faster recharge -
most mez protection is a mag 10 since i6 ..acrobatics is a mag 1 protection and most holding powers are a mag 2.
acrobatics is just good for the knockback protection. -
Its because missing would eat end so i'd rather not miss and waste the end plus any ACC debuffs from nerva ghosts would cripple a player with only 1 ACC in there attacks so 2 is probably the norm for attacks

why have you skipped Entropy shield and taken acrobatics ?
Entropy is your anti mez power ..Resist knockback,disorient,hold,sleep,immob,TP wheres as Acrobatics is a mag 1 anti mez power with res V knockback and a mag 1 hold. -
I've tried claws and this is my opinion.
Bad animation time on some attacks
ACC seems awfull
Damage isn't that high
only S/L .. buts so is ninja blade but that seems to do better damage wise.
The first 3 attacks are appalling -
Hate to say it but there are one or two people hanging around warburg at the min who have very foul mouths and who like nothing better than to try and belittle you.
Best thing is to ignore then.
Remember never argue with an idiot .. he'll just lower you to his level then beat you with experience. -

i got my stalker to 40 paired with another stalker the whole time and it does take alot of tactics which makes it alot of fun, but yeah it can be done and is fun to boot.

But i want to know if blinding powder and smoke flash is like a placate ? or how does they work. Also Kuji-in Retsu, it says it will give you great defense for some time then strip you for energy and leave you for dead :P is it worth it ?

I really like /ninja its a good all rounder
to answer your questions.
smoke flash is a pbaoe placate (altho it dosn't hide you)
blinding powder is (cone) confuse/blind with -ACC
kuji-in retsu is your lvl 38 power and much like elude in SR (Defence) and has the end downer after 2 mins.well worth it.
kuji-in Rin is you anti mez power and is a clicky not a toggle resist disorient.hold,immob,sleep,confuse,fear and has res v psi.
kuji-in sha is your healing power and a must have.
caltrops is one of those powers that you wouldn't miss if you didn't have it . you can drop them hidden but as soon as they do damage you get unhidden.
oh defence .. with hide (1 def SO) Ninja reflex (3 def So's) and ninja senses (3 def So's) you looking at around 28% Def all round (melee/ranged/AoE) -
stealth and SS works like invis and will still allow you to place mines etc.
