    my storm defender teams quite a lot with an earth controller and from what I've seen if we fire off thunderclap and stalagmites together we do stun the minions + Lts. On it's own though I only manage to stun minions.

    am guessing since Chelsea is Earth/Storm the two powers are stacking...

    When i made my earth/storm its was 100% ACC but as i understand it it has/will be changed .. not sure if it has or will be but even if it has 70% with 1 ACC enh in TC would not hurt at all.
    Get it .. slot it ... love it.

    Oh man i wish you'd stop giving out missleading info ..just because you have no idea how a power works makes it 'lousy'.

    Thunderclap is 100% ACC but it only stuns mins and Lts .. I know i've used it for ages on my lvl 50 earth/storm.
    It works well with earth stacking the stun from stalagmites and the animation times isn't that long.
    its saved my life thousands of times and probably the coolest looking power in the storm set.

    Thats not really correct and i wouldn't want anyone miss-lead buy that information.

    Back before the board wipe there was a guide on earth/storm by Sim who says the same thing about thunderclap and i agree with him 100%.

    [/ QUOTE ]Yes, it is both, it has three AoE's, largest one is the debuff, medium one is repel, and smallest one is knockback.

    IIRC /EA stalkers have both repel and knockback protection.

  12. its both KB and Repel but if you in quick with KB protection and AS with good ACC its not going to stop someone AS'ing you.
    Edit Repel just slowly pushes you away.
    KB knocks you down.

  14. Yes theres /nrg stalkers and yes entropy shield in the /nrg set has KB protection and a big fat NO to hurricane unhiding stalkers .. all it does is KB's so a stalker with KB protection and good ACC can take out someone with hurricane on.

    There was a really good storm guide on the boards before the wipe that i used for my earth/storm troller that i can't seem to find (or remember who did it duh)
    but in general for storm i'd take -
    snow storm = 2 end red
    steamy mist = 2 end red
    Freezing rain = 3 recharge 3 def debuff
    hurricane = 3 end red 3 tohit debuff
    thunder clap = 2 recharge (100% change to hit and also a 100/75/50 chance to detoggle in pvp)
    lighting storm = 1 end red 2 acc and depending on PVP or PVE - PVP 3 end mods or PVE 3 damage (detoggle in PVP to)

    Yep the resist part scales and so does the defence debuff on the toggles.
  18. SR does have the highest defence of any of the stalker secondrys and also don't forget that SR scales with your charactor level so the higher you go in level the higher the defence is.
  19. i'd say no to both O2 boost and tornado because O2 boost is a very very small heal and tornado is so random and uncontrollable it makes it very unpredictable.
    I'd hold out till hurricane and lighting storm for the storm set.
    Travel powers i'd stick to just 1 set so i'd say either fly/hover or SJ/CJ but in saying that my earth storm had hasten and fly/hover depends what you want really.

  21. 1 as the posters before have said it does rehide you and remove you from the npc agro list for a short time so they can not see you.

    TBH if your just PVE'ing stealth or invis will not be worth taking (stealth and invis DO stack with hide so do the defence bonus) as hide will give you all the concealment that you would need but no amount of stealth will make you invisable to certain mobs types like rikti drones or nemesis snipers

  23. hide i wouldn't slot with 2 end reduxs and 2 defbuffs .. it dosn't use that much end so just drop it to the one slot with a def buff and use the 3 other slots on attacks or put 3 recharge on Reconstruction.
    Don't 3 slot health as theres better powers to slot with a better regen rate.
    Intergration dosn't need the recharge either so theres another free slot.
  24. fitness .. swift ..hurdle..health and stamina ..stamina being the main one as it does as it says on the tin gives more stamina ie endurance.
