yep the AS for Ma/EM/DM are all the same
Claws/spines are the same to its only katana thats different -
Ice Mistral SF in St Martial 35-40
Silver Mantis SF is from the SG computer in SG bases thats 20-25. -

personaly i'd do something like this as em/nin is quite end heavy and stun isn't really that good in PVP... the last 4 power are optional.

I think you should slot up your main attack powers before wasting slots in swift etc but nin/nin being as tight as it is (not as tight as other sets tho) but in reality your not gaining very much by slotting swift and hurdle and imo is a waste of slots.
1 slotted swift = 24mph
3 slotted swift = 27mph
Hurdle gains nothing with the extra slots in jump height.
Alot of debate about Rin atm .. i tested 2 recharge SO's on my lvl 50 with 1 lvl 50 SO and 1 lvl 51 SO and it wasn't perma at all infact there was a gap .. with 3 SO you get an overlap of 5-8 seconds.
Your right in the fact you can't run stealth and invis at the same time but i have both and switch to stealth b4 AS'ing.Grant invis would only work on another player and will only work untill they attack at which point it will lose its stealth bonus untill it runs out or is reapplied so is basicly a 1 shot deal.. not many ppl will follow you around buffing you and you probably won't do the same to other ppl.
stick with stealth/invis. -

mine is Lyssa: ninja blade/ninjitsu stalker with scirroco's patron.
Spec is Archrevenant em/invul with scirrco's patron.
Paulus is SS/invul with ghost widows patron. -
Teleport defo needs atleast 2 end reduxs and so does stealth preferably 2 end 1 rechrg

1 point tho .. i'd take off 2 slots from health and drop one on danger sense as that bugger sucks loads of end and drop the other either on the snipe as another ACC or on the PPP hold (don't need the dmg on there really).
Other than that its a good build.
oh i wouldn't worry about the snipe time either .. with the intx redux its not as long as it was before -
i've said it before in another post simlur to this and i'll say it again.
Due to all the scrappers and tankers in PVP taking FA/tactics it renders any defence type powers useless thus making a resist set more practical in a PVP enviroment. -

just tested it now with 1 lvl 51 SO and 1 lvl 50 SO and there was ZERO overlap infact i think there was a 1-2 second gap.
My toon is lvl 50 btw and tested without hasten. -

And Chelsea... are you sure you need 3 RchRed in your mez resistance? With 2 in green the overlap is about 10-15 seconds. Dropping below green is only about a 5-10% change. Although tbh I never let my enhances drop below green

Funny that coz with 3 recharge i get an overlap of 10-15 seconds 2 would be alot less than that.and with white enhancers it drops to about 8 seconds. -
yeah i think your figures for def on dark are not quite right.
When i worked out my dark/dark build the most i could get was 13% def All and 67% AoE def
hide is 4.5% def with 1 def enh
shadow dweller is 2.8% with 3 def enhancers
