  1. I'm not sure what untrademarked anime looks could go into such a pack other than anime faces, raised/spikey hair, oversized weapons(action/combat sandals?) but I do know what the pack's power should be, and that's a PBAOE buff based on the Shonen staples like "The Power Up" and "The Power of Friendship"

    Call it Nakama!
Nakama! can only effect self and teammates including your pet's and their pets. The more teammates boosted by Nakama the weaker the indvidual buff is but the net buff is far greater with more receivig it then less. Does not stack from multiple casters.

Nakama should heal a little dmg, restore a little endurance, reduce endurance cost, increase the damage, the resistance and max hp of all effected

5 minute recharge ignores all buffs
  2. AS should be autohit in PVE imo
  3. This thread is for concepts that are on hold until the appropriate sets are in place

    Cold Steel
Katana/Shield Scrapper with an Ice APP and Cryonic w/ hold

    Shades of Grey
Dark Miasma/Light Beams or Blast(most animations and effects are already there, see Assault Bot, Vangaurd HVAS, PPD Bots, Arachnos Spider Bots, Malta Titan series) with an Orbital Rail Gun type tier 9 or Judgment power

    Future Force
Pulse Rifle/Traps/ with an Unusual Tier 9 in which each of your 5 costumes show up as untargetable different versions of you blasting away at your foes in a very wide cone, that or Orbital Rail Gun type tier 9 or Judgment power I'd be happy either way

If they make the change they should offer a free or cheap side grade for reactive.

a buff powers of a single target (like fort or forge, etc)

I understand the "god mode" for Omega, but likely a second Alpha-like slot (passive global).

My dream would be to make a click or toggle power permanant, or make your own sig move, or (quite possibly) just an open slot that you decide what extra ipower to take: Want 2 judements? ok. Want barrier and rebirth, thats cool too.
If omega is anything like Alpha I'd want it to work like set bonuses rather than added slot to all powers
  6. /sign
I'd also like a number of tv head options as well

He did mention switching procs because of the sound so maybe it is safe to say that it is the proc? I have the proc crafted up to 100% debuff but I've never slotted it

A chronal/alternate universe duplicate of yourself, using the current "doppelganger" technology. The tiers would go from a past self (with only a few powers available), up through the levels (where you choose whether your duplicate focuses on primary, secondary, or balances out) and finally they get some incarnate abilities of their own. For best results, everyone gets a Mastermind-like interface to control the duplicate, so that it's not making any stupid decisions.

Instead of there being 4 trees, you would have the ability to fully customize the duplicate. You'd need a few pieces of iSalvage to give it a new power for each "level", almost like leveling up your character all over again. I'd even go so far as being able to give the duplicate its own appearance (or at the very least still be able to choose the dark/reverse/shadow/angel/etc color themes like in MA), if such a feature could be supported. The stipulations of course would be that it has to have the same primary and secondary powersets as your character (So no making an ill/rad "duplicate" of your claws scrapper), but overall i think this is something I'd like to see.
    I'd love that actually
  10. I guess I'll be be going for the lvl 50 after all thx for the advice
  11. Which of these IOs would give me better bang? I'm thinking the common IO but I'm not sure.

    Claws Clause

What if you tried to do a /e drink and your character had a bottle sticking to the side of an open handed animal paw? Even worse, if the paw is supposed to cover the original hand, some animations would go through the geometry making it look like you have multiple hands!
didn't see this reply but wouldn't it not applt because the open claw weapon model would only appear in certain battle stances(when the claw is drawn)

This of course would not add to my other resists, my regen, or my defenses. But say I wanted to solo an AV. Even before Incarnates, I could stand toe to toe with most AVs all day long (at least in door mishes--not talking about Recluse, here), but barely put a dent in them because my damage and DPS was too low (I am energy secondary with some ponderous animation times).

So, what do people think about that?
Is there a guide somewhere that shows you the numbers the various slot powers are capable of? I have no idea how much a tier 4 Musculature would really improve my dmg. But think it could be pretty good paired with Reactive's dmgres debuff.
Use titan sentinel to capture your build and then import that build into mids it has all available incarnate powers available for you to compare and contrast
  14. Something like this could do quite a bit to counter market inflation imo

    How's that?

    Edit: Nvm

50%- dmg + 50% resistance is only about as good as 75% resistance or 75% -dmg

(Correct answer is damage :P You just need to be surviveable enough to deliver it.)
Why are brutes easier to soft cap? Don't they have the same protection values as scrappers? I know their resistance cap is higher but shield isn't getting there outside of team buffs, insps or barrier

Edit: Silas answered the above, guess I'll reroll as a scrapper at some point
  17. What's the verdict? I rolled up this concept as a brute and I have a name saved that I like but I have it parked at lvl 1 so I have no problem rerolling it as a scrapper. I just want to be sure rerolling as a scrapper is the superior option

    Scrapper pros:
    More Damage

    Brutes Pros:
Access to PPP -dmg = more survivability(but not until the late game)
  18. Since when is everyone flocking to diamagnetic? Most people I see have reactive which is why I built up paralytic for lamda and most other teaming scenarios.

  19. In western comics hulk and superman both are incredibly hard to hurt(defense) even if hit and hurt it's usually minor they can also recover much faster than most Deathstroke on a lesser level

Oroichimaru, Szayzael, Mayuri, Kenpachi most shinigami's really With notable exceptions(Yama and Hitsu)

Excellent lol the best examples I have are made out of the power of friendship Zoro(especially at the end of thriller bark!!!) Luffy to a lesser extent, and definitely Naruto who can avoid a lot of damage, take a lot of damage and heal it back

Admittedly, 1 Notice = Empy Merit would have allowed you to use 8 Notices for a Rare, but that's the trade off. 40 Threads for doing the WST seems fair to me.
Does a favor of the well net you any threads?

then let that be enough of an inf sink, 100 mil is an absurd price to pay for a rare on top of a bunch of uncommons
