    These mission need to be done so that even the weakest lvl 50s can reasonably solo the mission which is why they mostly have natural EBs, because an AV downgrade EB tends to be tougher and have purple triangles.

    I think what should happen is that their should be an "incarnate" option for just about everything for DA that would make every named boss an EB and every natural EB an AV.

    Outside of DA being an incarnate would allow you to wave all teammate requirements on SFs/TFs, and give you "effortless" alternate animations.
  3. the proc is crap in tactics had it in my MM for the def bonus before sending the whole set packing. The proc rarely went off (5% and all), didn't play any animations, or sounds to let you know it did go off I'm thinking its really only good in follow up type powers and acceptable in buildup/aim type powers

    I knew it was 3 ppm and that is why I bought it and just cause i saw it on the forum doesn't mean I saw synapses warning that's quite the leap considering the devs made no attempt to alert the playerbase the proc rate would. Not a an ingame message you have to click ok to get past. Not an update on the procs listing in the store not a damn thing other than some vague comment that synapse would look into it

    If they decide not to offer refunds then their scum, PERIOD

    slightly higher isn't going to justify to most the drastically higher price of zero dollars (other than subscription in some cases) to whatever price was paid for the IO version(i acknowledge that it has been on sale once so not everyone paid the same) I paid for 3 ppm I don't buy procs where the rate is unknown after wasting my money on that 1 now useless to me chance for kd proc

  8. Can a shield/sj/leviathan tank with musculature t4 radial and assault put out as much damage as the brute version with full fury can with agility t4/core and melee? If not how close can that tank get?

    Is that agility and melee boosted sj/shield brute as survivable as the damage orientated tank mentioned above? (assuming said tank was at the stack limit of might of the tanker +res proc) If not how close will that brute be?

    What i know about the hybrid tiers is extremely limited so i apologize for that ahead of time

    I do realize that musc will boost incarnate abilities but I figure that it evens out a bit by having the brute have more recovery and better recharge times

    Both are using the regen/heal rebirth

    I get that, it just after several beating the eb up several times through out the course of the TF many may be surpised as my team and I were to find out he can now rez and stun everyone, we certainly were not expecting that.
  10. the most interesting part of this bug is that on the final mission eb romi can self rez stun everyone around him which is something he wont do on any other mission and this act will consume av romi's essences so if your team is too weak to overcome romi and heals this can be a god send.

    Imperious just apparently came out of nowhere and started attacking me while we were fighting Romulus at the end.
    Imperious is always in the final mission he does sometime attack players and that is a bug.

    I thought the fixed the nixtus romi bug cause the last few ITFs I was on didnt have him to my disappointment.

  14. Does the PZ proc have a chance to hit all targets effected by punchvoke or just the target of the power it is placed in?

    How does punchvoke work in AOEs? Does it only effect the target of the aoe or does each target give punchvoke a chance to hit additional targets?
  15. My difinitive list is where theme and mechanics are not at ends with each other

    Bots/Traps my first villain created it for theme and discovered it was especially potent together the tier 2s make the set fit in very neatly thematically with FF as well

    Weapon set/WP go together very well thematically and mechanically better than weapons with anything else

    The martial artsy sets Ma/SJ/KM all seem to gel well with SR/Nin/WP/Dark thematically and with dark there is an added bonus of stacking stuns

    +Def melee sets offer something great for toons with non-defense focused protection sets so that is a good pairing other than the constant redraw if applicable

    Primal starts with plain cops and has two branches 1 of which includes the PPD power armor division which unlike the Longbow idea listed earlier can't be done at all in terms of power options or costume options
    I don't really care about the other branch it could be legacy chain or even longbow for all i care

    Preatoria starts with plain cops, and has two branches one of which includes the heavy commander/Col. Duray powers.

  17. Why is there no PVP pet set? all the other attack types get a pvp set, a bunch of non attack types, and even buff types get a set but pets don't get a set???

    Depends on the strength of the team but given that the tf should be completable by those who need a respec its pretty unacceptable that they made it the wst as is, luckily it can benefit from +regen powers

    There is some flaw in seeker drones that prevents it. Positron proc and interface procs don't work in it.

I'm not addicted to any set really but I have more ma/ and /ma characters than anything else my first one was ma/regen back in I0 and I will probably nvr roll a regen again this toon is retired at 50 and not gonna bother with incarnates. I have a retired MA/SR scrapper and MA/Nin. My most recent is shield/ma, my second most recent is fire/ma both are below 30 and active
