Many say that it is easy to get full fury, yet I have NEVER gotten it above 92.
When I bring this up I get 2 types of answers:
1. Full fury is just what they call it when you are effectively capped. I've never gotten it to 100 either.
2. LOL lern 2 brute I get full fury easy. -

Quote:Archangel is also a common expression. The X-Man is also called angel, so by similar logic any name that has the word angel in it could be reported. His name was ARC.Angle" that is what is similar. That is only one letter different from ArchAngle...and you say it the same way.
It's a lot more annoying when the name is obscure though. I tried to use the name Trickshot at CO and it was blocked. Google says it's a super-obscure one shot marvel supporting character, and of course also a commonly used set of words. -
Eh, it kind of screams "rewrite," and is very expositiony, but it is an improvement.
It might work if he didn't say "support my cause" to people who obviously are not loyal to him. He could call to their desire to fight a mutual enemy instead. -
YES PLEASE
#1 annoyance with the whole game is being locked out of content by leveling. -

I agree.
The thing that I had the most fun with way back when I tried Ragnarok Online was just going as far as I could to explore as many zones as possible and see where the limits of the world were. There was mystery to it and I got a rush going from empty remote zone to empty remote zone, to see weird ruins and things.
Travel should be easy, and exploration is not particularly replayable, but what they CAN do to improve exploration is add more things like the grandville undercity or faultline's tunnels.
I would like for example a labyrinth at cimerora with giant monsters hidden within, that roam the caves so you have to search. With GM merits there is some incentive anyway. -
After playing CO I am impressed with how balanced the ATs here are.
I think there are 3 tiers:
Tier 1:
Blaster
Brute
Controller
Corruptor
Dominator
Mastermind
Scrapper
Tier 2:
Tanker
Defender
Tier 3:
Stalker
Tankers and Defenders could use just a small boost and Stalkers still need some more team utility but the others are quite close to each other. -
Except he demonstrated he does, while many who posted demonstrated they do not.
He was just wrong about MM mods being lower. Some MM mods, such as res and def, are just as high, so with traps they are balanced correctly. Heal is less. There are even some that are more. -
However pool C at level 50 is a mystery, since it will be balanced to an unknown amount by boss drops.
-
Don't. Miracle recovery will be even MORE expensive in i16 because it is pool C, and below level 50 where the farming will be.
-
Quote:Wrong, as are most of the posts here assuming that.Hey whiner, Defenders have a different buff/debuff modifier than corruptors and MM's. The powers weren't changed at all. You can see this if you go into your precious corruptor and pull up the info on FFG. Now see where it says something like "As used by a [pulldown: Corruptor]"? Change that to defender, and you'll see the numbers change to fit the buff/debuff modifier. Yes, you can do this on the live server now. Not the test server with the open beta.
Try doing what you just described, and you will see that the numbers don't change. A summoned entity does not get AT stats.
The devs correctly gave a buffed alternate version of the power to defenders.
I was about to say that the corr/MM numbers are incorrectly the same, but MMs have the same def mods as corrs. They just use higher energy. -
Why is there a Nemesis Pony and can it be accessed somehow?

Quote:The enemy groups at CO are painfully generic. One thing Rick Dakan deserves a lot of credit for, apparently, is the Story Bible, and therefore most of the lore of the game as it existed at launch. I spoke to Positron at Comic Con about it, and he said Rick wrote about 80% of the story bible.
If you like the stories behind Nemesis, the Rikti, Superadine, Crey, the 5th Column (but NOT the Council), the Freakshow, etc, then that was likely Rick.
It sounds like Rick didn't have management skills, but did have creative ability.
Before somebody says that most of CoX's groups are copied from Champions, that may be true, but they were made much more interesting in the process.
There are also some groups that are not Champions canon as far as I know, that are blatant copies of some of the CoX groups, but far less interesting.
For example, the maniacs are basically freakshow without the cybernetics or the funny or the backstory, so they are just random crazy goths. There is even a job with a maniac disguise. Nemesis is obviously a copy of the Champions big bad, Dr. Destroyer, but he is so much more interesting that he puts Champions' doom clone to shame. None of the enemy groups are remotely nuanced beyond just being bad guys, and there is no clear reason why any of them are crminals beyond just to be bad. Yet consider groups such as Rikti. -
Nobody's mentioning that it is not known what EA gets instead of Conserve Power.
It may not get any new power, but IF mu mastery gets CP, it could be getting a buff. -
That guy who makes us worship his painfully generic mary sue(s), especially villains, and thinks that doing so is fun. That he had to have a whole "origin" made up for them because they are too uber to just be called magic origin simply adds to the nonsense.
Not sure if he actually created recluse, but recluse is basically evil states.
I was not there during those nerfs, so that's the main thing I think of. -
Quote:
1) It's been suggested, but raising the 'tax' on items in the markets would reduce inflation. I don't like the idea for personal reasons (I like making inf), but it would help.
2) The issue 16 difficulty slider will help a little bit as people begin tweaking it and changing difficulty. You will spend a small bit tweaking this at level 50 to your individual tastes.
3) If purchasing prestige was more appealing I'd be more inclined to do so. Right now the exchange rate is rather horrid, and I have no desire to really add any more prestige to my personal base. Lowering the cost of purchasing prestige would be nice.
4) Allowing invention enhancements to be reslottable would help increase supply by those that decide they don't like a particular build.
5) Reducing the influence earnings per kill would help quell influence creation. As we get drops and whatnot, we can sell those to make the majority of our income. Many players already do this, but it is still very easy to earn 5-10 million inf from kills alone in the course of normal gameplay.Quote:In regards to actual suggestions I think Tonality hit the main ones. However the only ones that would really work are 1 and 5. I don't think 2 and 3 will have much long term effect on the amount of influence in game (although 3 might help if base raiding comes back). I really don't see the devs implementing 4 just because it really goes against the whole enhancement system.
3 would be of some use, and should be done anyway because the exchange rate is ridiculous.
4 is another thing that should be done regardless. Enhancement locking is a vestige of the SO system and makes no sense with IOs that are not dependent upon your level. People are using respecs just to retrieve IOs, or to change theur slotting, which is ridiculous and forces an excessive amount of tweaking and build planning. It would radically increase supply of items that are below level 50, which is good for most players and will be even more important with 2 because most will farm at 50, creating a huge supply at that level and probably making equips much more expensive at lower levels.
1 is justifiable if the increase is only the sales tax, not the posting tax, which is high enough. It's 5 and 10, so I could understand going to 5 and 15, but not 10 and 20. Increasing the posting tax could actually increase prices due to less people posting items and incentivizing trades that do not involve wentworths.
5 may be too much of an advantage to those who are rich now, and would help RMTers. -
That would have been such a cool spot the reference 5 years ago before everybody had heard of it. :P
-
Couldn't this be dealt with by letting people pact at any level? Why the restriction?
-
I would like this guy to be added in game. Perhaps he could host a much needed new SF!

Quote:Gotta agree with this as well. No, it doesn't. If anything, the villain content needs to be retconned to include LESS Arachnos and Longbow presence. The Legacy Chain needs to be extended to 50, and replace Longbow in many arcs that deal with magic. Wyvern could use a level bump as well, maybe not to 50 but to 40 at least.

Quote:Oh **** yes. I would enjoy a steampunk lab map quite a lot and it would become a favorite for use with the MA.I also think that Nemesis needs more stuff to reflect the way he's become such a major player now - like he should get his own steampunk lab maps, instead of having to use the Crey ones.
And I'd also like to see him get a "base" zone, like other factions have - like Skuls in kings Row, and Trolls in the Hollows - although, I guess the Shadow Shards could sort of be that, and they might make them more Nemesis-ish if they revamp them sometime.
Shadow Shard revamps are welcome, as is more Nemesis, so sure, combine them! It wouldn't make much sense if a secretive villain like Nemesis had an earth based zone. -
Pick some of the more interesting ones and getting them with any alt can count.
None of the crap like the stupid epic badges that can only be obtained with AFK.
