Looking at Bill Z Bubba's attack chain spread sheets I see that the one he recommends is: Incinerate, Cremate, GFS

If I have Hasten on a 131.7s CD when it is up and the components of the chain slotted like this:
Incinerate:88% Rchg
Cremate: 96% Recharge
GFS: 96% Recharge

and a global recharge of 72.5%(when hasten is down)

Am I able to run that chain and how do I go about calculating whether I can or not?
