Heh, you can't speed run a mothership raid. It ends a half hour after U'Kon Gr'ai spawns.
-
Thank you, Kat. I will be there with bells on. Not much else perhaps, but definitely bells.

The PERC Fashion Show was a good event, and I'm glad I went to spectate.
Great job to everyone involved.

I'm glad to hear the Hamidon raid last night went well.
-
I can't be there for obvious reasons, but I'm glad someone is doing this. Red side Champion needs all the love it can get. Good luck with Stryke Force Thursdays!
-
Yep, Cherry is correct. I'm a proud member of RdlV blue side, and I'm in my own one man villain group red side, but I am also in UHB's global channel. It's a nice way to interact with the Champion community in a more open environment.

Thanks! Thanks to all that came as well.
Speaking of next week's mothership raid, my electric company informed me this morning that they will be shutting off my condo building's electricity to perform repairs next Thursday night at 9:30 P.M. My electric company has been known to shut the electricity off earlier than scheduled, so I asked Cherry to lead next week's Rikti mothership raid, and she graciously accepted. I'll still try to be there, but I'd rather have someone else lead should I suddenly disappear in the middle of it.
Please give Cherry all the cooperation and help you give me next Thursday night. -
Yep, yep. 8:30 P.M. ET / 5:30 P.M. PT.

I like the GM spawning team idea. That's another thing red side has over blue side, most of our GMs can be spawned by the players.
I've spawned Caleb all on my own once.

So, with villains excluded from AOW events, does this mean that now both BMTers and villains aren't welcome at your Rikti mothership raid?
-
Rikti mothership raid tonight! Same Bat-time, same Bat-Pylon. See y'all there.

Quote:Huh. I must have body odor and never noticed, then. As I posted above, I've found the opposite. It's nearly impossible for me to find a team on the weekend evenings lately.I think the point most people are trying to make is that the lower population is a not-problem. I can find teams within five or ten minutes of logging in, especially on the weekends. Try joining BMT of Champion, or a good SG, and your ability to find someone to chatter with or to find a team will skyrocket.

I'm playing my first Electric Armor Brute, and I'm a bit of a loss as to how to slot it with SOs and common IOs while leveling? I figure once the toon reaches level 50, I'll work on IO sets. But in the meantime, how should I slot the Electric Armor powers with SOs and common IOs?

Honestly, the Champion population is down a bit. I played red side on Champion exclusively for over a year, and soloed about 90% of the time because Champion's red side population is anemic at best. I eventually tired of that and switched to blue side last May, and had a much easier time finding teams. However, I've noticed over the past couple of months that even finding teams blue side is becoming a chore on the weekends. I still don't have much difficulty finding a team blue side Mondays through Thursdays. On Saturdays and Sundays though? Forget about it. I think I saw a tumble weed go by in Founders' Falls last Saturday.
It will only get worse due to the holidays and the upcoming release of Star Trek Online, but I hope that it will improve once Going Rogue releases around May. In the meantime, I've recently started up a toon on Justice to play on the weekends. -
Thanks for the suggestion, y'all. I rolled up a Super Strength / Electric Armor / Soul Mastery (eventually) Brute.
-
This character is on Justice. It's my first character on that server, and I don't know anyone there, so I'm on my own. Like I said, I'll give turning XP off once the character reaches level 14 and simulataneously working on my debt badges a try. :P I have a feeling it'll be long and tedious, but doable. Hopefully.

Quote:Hrm. Getting help is not likely.Solo? Going to be hard to do.
The Absolute Best Way is to get a level 50 to help you by herding up all of the fort's ghosts on a single trap and killing them.
I suppose I can just turn off XP once I reach level 14, and work on my debt badges simultaneously. :\ -
What would be the best way to obtain the Pirate badge solo without outleveling Veluta Lunata, as the Spectral Pirates all seem to be around level 15?
-
Which would be the best brute or Scrapper for busting up Rikti? I know Rikti aren't fond of negative energy, so I'm thinking possibly a Dark Melee / Willpower / Soul Mastery Brute.
