I could, I suppose. The reason tonight's normally scheduled raid was canceled is because it's New Year's Eve and I figured most people would be too busy doing things off-line, not because I'd be busy. I'm a loser with no life. :P So if there are enough people interested, I could run one.

Ok, i read all the posts.
Like most of you i have never been on a failed Hami-Raid. It surprised me how long everything took. I have never seen Cherry or Fang lead before so i did not know how much experience they had.

Okay, so Hamidon won tonight. But, I still want to thank Cherry for doing a bang up job leading tonight. I honestly don't think anyone could have done better. It was just a confluence of issues that lead to our defeat. Learn from them, and move on. So, once again, good job, Cherry, and thank you!

Erm... from the top of my head, DarkGuard, Justice Force, High Society Order, and United Heroes Brigade are some of the bigger supergroups I've teamed with. I'm sure there are others out there that I'm forgetting though.

The minimum bid is 100,000 infamy / influence, right? I think I'd rather just donate the infamy to PERC than become a biddee.

It's been my experience that for most part, teaming goes on within supergroups. Your best bet is to find and join an active supergroup. Outside of the various supergroups, I do not know of any nightly static teams. That would be difficult between people's various schedules and the weekly scheduled server activities, such as the Hamidon and mothership raids.

I plan on starting a Radiation Blast / Cold Domination Corruptor soon, but I have no idea how to slot the powers while leveling. What suggestions would you make as to how to slot them with SOs or common IOs?

Thanks to everyone that came out for two rocking Rikti mothership raids last night, and congratulations to Mr. Skullbot for getting the kill shot on U'kon Gr'ai during the first raid and winning 200 million infamy!
Leading the Rikti mothership raids has been a lot of fun for me these past several months, and I look forward to leading more in the new year!

Twas the night...

Twas the last raid before Christmas
And all through the shard
every player was lagging
and boy, they lagged hard.
The Rikti were out with Cannons and Ships.
In hopes that the heroes would all take a hint.
When what from the pylons, there arose such a sound.
That before Hro-dotz blinked, the shields were down.
Then what to thier alien eyes did apear,
but dozens of heroes rising through the air.
They cursed and they muttered, they warbled and cried.
They shouted and squealed and hid back inside.
The heroes they landed, bomb fuses soon lit
Hoping to blow the huge spaceship to bits.
And magus emerged to stop all the fun,
but found tankers taunting and blasters with guns.
And after half-hour, maybe a bit more.
The last rikti body fell limp to the floor.
All the villians and heroes rose up with a cheer,
saying "This is our planet! Don't come back till next year!" -
Do they have to be female in real life, or just in game?

Champion has a blue side Hamidon raid every Sunday evening, and I lead at least one Rikti mothership raid on Champion every Thursday evening. I'm leading two tonight.
