I have a level 47 Dual Blades / Willpower Scrapper. He'll be level 50 by the end of the week. It makes me sad, 'cause I love Dual Blades. So I'd like to make a new Dual Blades toon. Either a Brute or Scrapper, doesn't matter. What other secondaries mesh well with Dual Blades?
I was thinking perhaps of making a Dual Blades / Invulnerability Brute, but the lack of psionic defense and resistance turns me off a little, as I tend to beat up Rikti a lot. :P -

When I decided to give City of Heroes another try a year and a half or so after self-destructing my original account, I wanted to play red side. I was told by several people that the Champion server is the place to be for red side action.
Damn dirty liars.

General PvE and task forces is what I'm going for.
I know Sweep is supposedly better than Empower, but going with Empower instead was the best way I could think of to incorporate Blinding Feint without either ditching Hasten or Weave. I want to keep One Thousand Cuts, just because I really like the power animation. -

I have a level 45 Dual Blades / Willpower Scrapper that I need help with for IO slotting. Namely, I have no idea how to slot him. I have the powers and their respective levels down, but I can't quite figure out how to get the most out of the slots since it seems to be a very tight build to me.

I know this has been brought up in other parts of the City of Heroes forums, but I also know a lot of people don't pay attention to those other parts, so I thought I'd bring it up here.
A very serious bug has been discovered with NCSoft's web site that allows anyone to randomly access someone else's account.

Poster Erys Vasburg on the Guild Wars Guru forum wrote a lengthy post detailing many of the pieces of evidence suggesting that the source of the much-feared hacks have been just that, despite repeated statements from Support Liason Gaile Gray to the contrary.
