I agree. Two powers won't hurt versus rolling them up.
However, if they want to roll them up together and make them take Universal Travel sets again, I won't complain. This would avoid the passive Stealth issues of the individual travel IOs, because the Universal sets don't have stealths. All while still letting you enhance both aspects.
edit: Oh yeah! Slottable, available at 1 or 2.

Anyway, I am stoked about adapting my build.
My only pseudo-gripe will be that I hate the way Hurdle and CJ interact when running down slopes and falling off stuff. The combined forward acceleration is something I never was able to get used to. Since CJ is pretty common for me, I guess I'll get to adjust to it now.
But, that is a minor personal issue compared to the awesome-sauce that three bonus power picks will be (as I ALWAYS took fitness). -

It just selects the range for which recipes will be available.
You get one at your Level or Max level of the recipe (if you are above it).
The only way to get a specific level (below you) is just like Reward Merits, pick a specific recipe at that level. -
Just tested on my /SR scrapper. Never even turned Tough on.
The +3% showed up in my combat attributes as per normal. -

Now, on to the weird bug/issue. If I enter the database to tweak (scrapper PPP dmg isn't quite right), EVERY attack gets a Fire dmg component added to it.
Bizzaro!
edit: This appears to be only happening on Brutes/Scrappers/Tankers -

Dark Melee/Siphon Life - I would like a more punch-y animation to match SP/Smite.
Dark Melee/Midnight Grasp - same as above
Dark Blast/Gloom (and the PPP version) - A selectable "projectile" would be nice. The skull is awesome, but it doesn't fit with some concepts and coloring options.
edit: An alternate to the 3.3s Total Focus animation (several powers).
edit2: No FX look for Ice Armor. I hate the encased in ice look.
Pools (unlikely, but wth):
Medicine/Aid Self - A non-tech-tricorder option would rock.
Flight/Hover - At the least, selectable poses a la Fly would be nice.
Energy(Body) Mastery/Laser Beam Eyes - A (perhaps colorable) copy of Power Blast's animation, which shares the same animation time, would be awesome. -

Ok, so it will take about 2.5-3 hours per day to stay on track.
Sister Psyche takes about 2 hours to run for 50 Reward Merits once a day. -

So they have made it a bit more annoying to do than logging in a character, running the 5, logging in the next character, running the 5, etc.
As noted above, the 6/16 patch removed the 30-minute timer. Does not exist now. -

I just started a solo SG base with the intent to make some storage for my many alts. Being able to email all the stuff from every character to this character with GR will even eliminate the need to find help getting all the Alts into the SG.
Anyway, I had in mind to move the entryway to the center of the Grid. But, it won't seem to let me.
Is this possible? If so, what am I doing wrong.
I played with base editing WAY a long time ago, but I don't think I ever tried. Or, I just don't remember. -

Yes, I (and a local friend of mine) have been experiencing this.
Load-in to a Mission can take an eternity. And, it's always the first load screen and the second zips by. This didn't happen before, both were quick.
We both blame the instance server, for lack of a better target to blame. -

What youre doing is a relative waste of your time. You'll find animals who can hold their breath for a very long time and animals with slower metabolisms who breathe hundreds of thousands of times fewer than you do -- if you had a lower metabolism or breathed a mixture much richer in oxygen, you could be getting a much better return on your investment of time.
PS. If your intention is to breathe the air everyone else is breathing and keep a reasonable metabolism, to drive other life forms out of the environment so you can then raise the oxygen content and have the whole planet then you can forget it, because Im not going anywhere (and I very much doubt Im the only aerobic life form on Earth). Im going to keep metabolizing atmospheric oxygen and releasing carbon dioxide and other gases, forcing you to grind away with your lungs and diaphragm trying to compete for the same resources. You want to work at this like it's a real job? Be my guest. It's your time to waste. When I'm not inhaling, I'll be the one exhaling and making your rate of respiration look pathetic.

Just wanted to point out that Shield Charge for Brutes/Tanks still doesn't display damage, and the Scrapper one displays the wrong damage. Minor thing.
edit: Error: Damage listings in Info tab for DP attacks are adding the fire+cold+toxic to the base, showing the sum of all.
