Super Tailor Feature:
When visiting the Tailor or Facemaker in City of Heroes or City of Villains, a new NPC is available. The NPC will allow you to change the inherent body type of your character. You can choose Male, Female or Huge body types. Additionally, you will be able to change your characters height. So characters can change from a short, skinny civilian to a HUGE powered brute!

I think the OP is simply put a bad idea.
Mystic Fortune in my mind crossed the invisible line of usefulness that fluff should not cross. A permanant little buff is way more useful than say the self destruct. Thats fun in the sewers and the like, to use just before a ding rez, but with the long cool down, its just not that useful.
Keep the microtransactiosn just for fluff, or drop the subscription model. Its pretty much one or the other. -
Yep.
Waaay back in the day when I was active in the Liberty Taxibots I rememebr as a lowbie even for hollows standards (6 IIRC, but could have been 8), running to a door in the deep South because the level 12/13 team couldn't get there without dying.
If they had actually followed me maybe they would have leanrt something, but as it was they just sat and waited for the recall there.
Of course being the diligent public servant that the taxibot was, I was in fact enabling this behaviour.
The River is your friend...
(though likely somewhat less of one these days with the Coralax there) -
I have accepted they will not be there AGAIN this year with the same mumbles of discontent as previous years.

I found Tony's comments to be more sound and interesting that most of the observatiosn in that so-called paper.
I would have had something that all round bad and ridden with POV issues torn up in front of me by my profs.
Admitedly hard science like chemistry is a little harder to get POV stuff into but it does happen. -
The Eden Trial is an odd one for sure.
Its actually not that difficult for an optomised team to blow through it fast, I mean under 15 mins fast on a bad day.
Played 'as intended' so you fight both quarries, then the rock wall, then fight over 2 bridges (maybe all 3) to get a few ambrosia each. Then fight through the long tunnel to the mold wall (though most non-speed teams I have seen this portion is skipped). Then clear the final room and free the Heros, then finally the fight against the Titan, all alone. Well thats 1-2 hours worth of effort.
If it is any consolation the shiney enhancement is basically worthless anyway these days as it is easily outlevelled in a day or two of play. -

How big is my post count at this point?
Ed: Holy jeezus.

QFT.
aw <censored> it just got even bigger... -
Grab one of the many Nemesis missions available, indoor defeats count for that hunt.
Maxwell Christopher is the best bet, though Serpent Drummer has plenty of Nems as well. -
Make sure you sell the salvage, and especially the recipes to the contacts.
The basic enhancement drop rates were reduced, so you will run out of inf unless you recoup some of the value of the invention stuff -

Now the question is:
Is it intentional? Titans were always balanced by being murder at range but much weaker up close.
[/ QUOTE ]
Judging from my current run of WWR, yes they use the ranged holds close up, but certainly less often than the do so at range. They are still much weaker close in, but aren't quite the patsies they used to be. -
There is only 1 Fedex in WWR.
Indigo is the arc with huge numbers of them (7 IIRC) -

Vanguard Sorcerers are nasty.

Literally everything goes crazy. Inf is minted stupidly fast (it is doubled as well), and people want their stuff NAO like no other time.
Everything sold is higher. -
Redside:
Anyone I haven't yet done in the pillar.
Blueside:
Posi TF set for 2. These days I do log the 2nd character on for the final mission, but pre-merits I rarely bothered.
Currently running Operation World Wide Red (Though thats more for a mass Titan spawn, but its pretty decent merits/time) -
I was back flipping out and defeat stuff with it just yesterday. Still a cone.
The Stalker change was driven by the lack of a heavy hitter that auto criticaled from hide/placate. -
Lost and Rikti, have always been groups that spawned bosses when set for 2.
I remember running the cape mission once as a duo. The entire first floor was single spanwed bosses. Lucrative for sure. -
I like using the level 30 store missions.
Penny has DE, and as mentioned Holsten Armitage has Rikti. Freaks are a dime a dozen in arcs and scanners.
Double bonus, Holsten Armitage's mission also unlock the O-portal if by some odd chance yopu haven't acquired it by then -
Whilst I am one of the crafters for the Super Group I am in, the SG crafting and my personal crafting for sale is kept seperate.
I don't use bases for any marketeering bar the crafting tables there, just keep inventory ticking over pretty much whenever I bring a character on. -

Regen is just fine, #1 out of the box for the soloing scrapper, and played sensibly is not over shadowed on teams. -

They don't like targeted rezzes either, come to think of it. Anyone who thinks Howling Twilight or Twilight Grasp is an aggro-free power is free to go test what I'm saying; HT in particular will draw the wrath of every last NPC in the area pronto. TG draws aggro from the target. Please do not waste your time telling me it doesnt.
[/ QUOTE ]
Perhaps that might have more to do with the fact that Twilight Grasp does -dmg, -regen & -to hit or Howling Twilight stuns and has a -regen effect too? The fact those powers cause aggro has exactly ZERO to do with the healing component.
[/ QUOTE ]
Exactly.
Siphon speed, siphon power, and transference are powers which draw aggro due to their debuff portions and have zero heal component.
BI is simply wrong about 'heal aggro' for any current critter, and I can happily cite Castle as the source of that. -

I was thinking though, what if they were scaled in HP which would be possible for it to be taken down by heroes, once the ship lands from massive damages we would be able to enter, hack into there PC and download cords to there homeworld, or a planet that they may have already destroyed!
[/ QUOTE ]
In case you were not aware, these ships can and have been taken down, often in significant numbers.

Best TF I ran had 4 defenders, we were a steamroller.
And...looks like I'll be making a sonic defender. Yep yep... Sonic...something, I wonder what the least played secondary is?
[/ QUOTE ]
Sonic/sonic is a great combination, thematic and effectice. (and my latest defender to 50)
Certainly wouldn't fall into the least played secondary though, may well be pushing for most played. -

If I recall correctly, when Arcana crunched the numbers on armor set's survivability, Dark Armor actually came out on top of the pack outside of Tier 9s, and was only slightly below the Tier 9s. Essentially, it gives a very high baseline performance, but without the Tier 9.
[/ QUOTE ]
Exact why I made the comment I did.
Dark Regen allows you to refill your health bar when in typical combat every 15secs (With just SO
slotting, IO builds or hasten drops this even further). Thats a peak performance equivalent to about 1600% regen.
Instant healing is a mere 800%.
Of course that assumes 1) endurance and 2) 3 or more mobs hit. Outside of an AV fight, if you need to use dark regen, its a fair assumption that there are more than 3 mobs around you. -

Here's a little hint: if you have any kind of a heal enemies will indeed try to target you first.]
[/ QUOTE ]
Heres a little hint, no they dont, unless you are talking PvP.
