  1. and apparantly has chnaged it back.
  2. LoTG recharge has its own classification.

You can have 5 of them and 5 Huge recharge bonuses

  3. Yeah I'd wait to see what extra details on I16 get released later this month.
  4. Sure they die, but people just dont stop beating on them.
  5. Im certainly enjoying my psi blaster, its very nifty for a soloist, and depsite there being mnay resistant mobs in the late game, psi is one of the best sets for certain AV fights (Honoree, Rechsman etc).

You pays your money and makes your choice.
  6. My personal #1 would be the very first LRSF completeion in the game, including Posi popping in to congratulate thopse involved (mainly Shadow Empire folks) on the LRSF completion and to get the GMs to manually award the Annihilator badge to those involved as it was bugged in game.

The thread is still here, and is makred not to purge. I just hope it gets transferred to the new forums.
  7. <_<

I was doing THAT with SOs and insps.

Kids these days forget that *mutters*

    *gerrof my lawn*
  8. I'll cautiously agree with DrMike about Grav control for dominators, I think the full extent of the Dom changes have yet to feed through, so there maybe some further tweaks down the line.

Electric armour for stalkers, where it gets capped to 75% resists. (4 fold increase in surviability) Brutes can at least be buffed by allies to 90% for some effective mitigation. (10 fold incraese in surviability). Stalker Def sets can reach 20 fold increase in survivability just from the +def for comparison.

Electric blast, when the -end drain chamnges went through this set lost its main trick. Compare mob enddrain in the AE to players, and remember the glory days. It used to be very effective, maybe overly much so, but now its almost entirely ineffective in to many situations

    Solo Leveling?

Level 15-25 dont skip out on faultline (revamped entirely in Issue 8 so you will not have seen it)

Other new arcs under 30 include
Welcome to Oroborus (25 and up) short and make sure to go to Heroic for the outbreak mission
Twlights Son in Oroborus (25-34), Excellent short arc/pseudo TF a little challanging solo based on Troy Hickman's work.

Montague Castanella - Lost and Found (level 10+), run to unlock access to the Midnight Club

Inside the Midnighter Club is Mercedes Sheldon with 3 new arcs level 20-25 for Heros
  10. From the wiki

Cryptic Studios was founded in 2000 and is based in Los Gatos, California. It was founded by Michael Lewis, Rick Dakan, Bruce Rogers, and Jack Emmert.

The latter 3 have further details on their wiki pages.

Those 4 are the original folks.

Posi/Synapse/Sister P/Citadel gets you pretty close (Yeah, I'm assuming heroside). Can't do that solo, though.

    Sez who ?
  12. I take leadership on quite a lot of characters. (7 out of 12 50s have the pool)

As has been covered solo the buffs are marginal, but teamed they really stack up. If solo I'll frequently just toggle on assault for the +damage, leaving the others available but inactive. Here's the thing many people forget about toggles, you can turn them on and off as you wish. Fighting Nemesis and vengeance is an issue, toggle on tactics. Going against Council and hitting just fine, turn it off.

I ran a STF while ago, and there was so many stacked tactics that I was hitting Mako through elude at 95% to-hit rolls. (that was on a /dev blaster with targeting drone ontop of the tactics), full team leadership is just scarily good.

I would assume that was added in later. Also, still doesn't seem like irony to me at all...

He changed his sig sometime after posting the OP.
  14. You really dont NEED stealth for most of them.

Just keep moving, the Vahz and CoT lose aggro fast.

Clocks on the other hand will tend to keep following you.
  15. There is a fix *giggle* for the drops on test.
  16. I recall that thread and the implications.

I still dont like it, but it appears to be the way the Dev team is thinking about SGs.
  17. Statesman gets 100% Sm/Lethal as well.

My recollection is the same as Serialbeggar up thread.
100% to all but NegEn and Psi (and probably toxic isn't 100%)

    http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Talk:T...ee_Unstoppable

has some testing with dates, but it not comprehensive, and its certainly not up to date with the latest patch (there could have been changes)
  18. Brain farts

We all have them from time to time.
  19. His unstoppable provides 100% resistance to multiple damage types. (scrapper was probably 100% resisted, same with the brutes)

You need some -regen to stop him from regaining HP too much and preferably some psi damage, which cuts through it.

100% resistance to anything in an NPC is IMHO a bad design, but given its use by the Reichsman it seems our Dev team disagrees.

In CoX, falling barely hurts even characters without flight or super jump powers This is also prevelant on enemies.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Roll a new character and jump off the balcony of the AE building. It will take about half your hit points away.
Now do it with a highbie, it is barely a scratch.

Falling damage is proportional to the falling distance, and doesn't scale with levels like you base HP does.

So even now it can hurt if you are a lowbie.
  21. Yes it does.
Paragonwiki.com or wiki.cohtitan.com go to the exact same place.
  22. I'l answer why for me.

Paragonwiki (the Titan wiki) is advert free and actively maintained by a reasonably large cross section of people.

    Just compare:
    http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Special:RecentChanges
    with
    http://cityofheroes.wikia.com/wiki/S...:RecentChanges

Wikia Wiki, use adverts, often intrusively and for services I'd rather not see (such as PL services and gold sellers) and certain of the users on wikia routinely 'lift stuff' WITHOUT attribution from other places.
  23. Base salvage to brainstorms used to count, but this was stopped by a delieberate chnage.

Fastest way is to craft and delete empowerment buffs, this eats through inf like crazy.

My way of choice is to craft and sell at a profit common IOs.

Anyway, my point is that none of the missions that we asked for have been added to the Flashback system. In fact with the exception of the new storyarcs that have been added to the game since Flashback came into existence, no missions have been added the Flashback system at all.

    [/ QUOTE ]

So apart from the stuff added to flashback nothing has been added ?

I12 Added redside VEAT, plus Midnighter and Origin of power arcs. (3 red 2 blue arcs for everyone)
I13 Added the Cim arcs (2 each for red and blue), Mercedes' arcs (3 blue 1 red) as well as Merit Rewards for all the existing arcs.
    I14 and I15 admitedly didn't add anything

Still thats 13 new arcs added, plus a whole new rewards system for those arcs.

Safeguards and Mayhems would be a good addition I agree, but I'm very thankful they have taken the time to add those new arcs to flashback. I missed them on most of my 50s and it gives me a way to access that content on them.
  25. [ QUOTE ]
FM, Claws, broadsword are my guesses, anyhoo.

For secondaries, really depends on how many opponents you intend to face. If you want to speed it up and aren't going to see more than 2-3 non AV's at a time, Fire Armor is #1 by a mile.

(Plus, BU + FE + HS = pure awesome)

    [/ QUOTE ]

Claws slotted up with procs gets pretty nasty in the damage levels for sure, the old buzz saw concept I guess, but requiring much less recharge than a DM.

FU-focus-slash-strike is pretty easy on the +recharge to chain, and I have 7 damage procs in total 2 of them purples with a chance to fire off in that combination.
