Midnight Grasp doesn't take heal sets, so Im assuming you mean siphon life.
Siphon Life is pretty much part of my attack chains for dark melee, so the proc will be active unless you are just hanging around.
I'd have to say dont respec immediately, but maybe consider moving it the next respec you use. -

There are 3 that I can recall:
Hess (2 minimum), Doc Quaterfield (4) and Faathim (4)
I dont recall any redside, but am, much less familiar with the SFs. -
The main reason the blueside accolade doesn't have a power is for parity.

Hardwired into the router to check for updates, and it being a really old install disc of Xp, the first one was SP2.
After the reboot from the SP2 install, it found connected to and was happy with the wireless.
So I'm <bleeped> if I know what the exact issue was, but thanks for the hints and help folks. -

The target of the proc is 'self' so it always affects you.

when you start trying to get multiple Babbages at an event. You really see the futility and annoyance of the process. We are expecting 15 Babbages.
I think all but one will be collected solo (one group ran as a trio to the Clock Lord mission).
Thats 14 characters locked out of play for a week (actually upto 2 weeks in some cases) as they sit holding the TF 'open'
15 times the coalition has stopped hopped over to Skyway for a few mins, just to fill out to a team of 4 then quit.
The TF minimum can stay if the Devs want, but the 'virtual teammates' should count towards that minimum. -

Kuji-In Rin (Stalker - Ninjitsu) is also a click.
It seems to be the Devs design for positional defence sets.
The click typeprotection has both plusses and minuses, They can be stacked they remain unsupressed when held. (unlike toggles) but do take animation time and force a redraw of weapons. -

My backup laptop was getting really slow and generally bogged down, and I figured it was time to reinstall the OS (Windows-XP), and start afresh
Backed everything relevant up. Installed the OS, got the drivers set-up OK.
Now when its trying to access my home wireless its seeing the network, appears to accept the password for the network, but just isn't getting an IP address.
Any ideas on what silly thing I'm overlooking ?
(Its probably something glaringly obvious once its pointed out)

This I can agree with.
I think the nearest thing we come to this are certain forum folks, who do an excellent unpaid job at collecting and listing concerns. Such as the scrapper concerns thread. or Zombie Mans guide to guides.
Thats basically as far down this path that we should ever consider venturing. -

Its more than 3 levels below the enhancement.
Having access to the power doesn't come into it. Various PvPers tested this thoroughly, looking to optomise builds at the various zone levels. -
Thats a toughie. I tend to go with B, but you can make very cheap and worthwile 'over slotted' builds that work great. (my Rad for example has 6 slotted Rad infection, which a lot is 'wasted' at high levels but he makes any low level content very smooth running)
I guess that boils down to, no one way is better and go with your preference -
Friday July 24th -26th we will be mainly running internal events HOWEVER we have the main public event on Saturday night at about 8 Eastern (5p).
Head to Skyway, to fight Babbage, and Babbage oh and lots more Babbages.
In the same vein as the previous Crisis of Infinite Babbages event, we are expecting about 15 giant rusty robots to come to the zone simultaneously.

Regeneration -500% for 30s on 90s recharge (so perma is possible)
From AM
DMG(All Types) +25%
RechargeTime +30%
Dark (assuming a single TG at any time)
RES(All Types) -30%
ToHit -43.75% (include fearsome stare)
DMG(All Types) -50%
Regen -50%
Regen -500% for 30 sec on a 180 second timer
So Rad has the better -regen, and the+damage from AM. its also fire and forget, drop both toggles and throw LR when its up.
Dark however has fluffy adding ontop of those figures, but has to use click powers more, which drops the damage output side of it. -
