Quote:Jack comes when ?...Bah you're playing it wrong then. Ice/FF is the ultimate lazy man hero. Summon Jack, bubble the team, cast ice patch when it's recharged and spend the rest of the time chatting in global channels.
If the team wipes you PFF and wait for jack to get done saving the team.

Quote:The level of the mission sets the 'roll'. So it has to be a 20 or under mission to have a chnace at the Achille's Heel Proc.Does that work for you? When I run low-level flashbacks my pool B drops seem to always be at the character's native level. Just today I ran a level 14 flashback on a native level 33 and got a Scirocco's Dervish Acc/Rech, which only goes down to level 20.
Once the recipe is determined it then drops at your level, or the maximum level of the recipe.
I have got a lot of the 10-20 Pool B recipes over time by this method.
Of course it helped for a while there were a couple of arcs that dropped pool B 100% of the time on completion (instead of the 10%).
Flash-backing is especially efficient as you get 2 chances for a Pool B for the door missions completion, one 'normal' and one tied to the bonus inf/prestige. -
Lost spawned for 2 has always been able to create bosses, and when the mission does, it tends to be very streaky.

Quote:-Range is a function of the power 'Taunt' for tanks and brutes, as well as 'confront' for scrappers.(Tankers will argue that Gauntlet doesn't help them when they are not on a team, but the -Range makes enemies close into their melee range which does help them).
It is completely separate from gauntlet. -
I should have a few at least. I'll see what I can come up with

Isn't it just a little ironic that Posi posted a tweet about reading this thread ?

All the links were to the old forums.
Most (maybe all) of the guides transferred over, but the relinking is going to take a while for various volunteers to get to -
That was my exact immediate first thought. That group was so large the game couldn't render the full width, you had to step out and go from one end to the other to get the full feel of how large the turnout was

Run the Moonfire Task Force. (23-28 for XP)
On a full team you get close to full progress on both. -
Yeah I see this exact thing.
Netgraph the normal good green with little variations, then spikes of red 1-2 pixels wide. -
If you are not adverse to running flashbacks, I find thats a great way of getting low level Pool B drops.
Wincott is my favorite to run a few times. -
My Ice/FF troller is a far 'worse' soloer than any of my defenders, my plant/thermal is not far behind. (though I know the plant/thermal will 'take off' soon the way I have built for a team focus is at least partly to blame)

Weakened Hami is significant easier to debuff than the 'real' hami, Ennervating field at the very least is going to make you and everyone else do 30% more damage compared to without it.
Thats like an extra team-mate or two adding DPS.
-res is the key to a quick take down for him. -
PFF - not much. It soft caps.
2-4: 6 red fortunes, for extra ranged defence for the character
5: I skipped on my current build, but previously it was 2 endrec. -
It is the little down arrow next to the thread title.

I've got that "seal a billion ruptures" Banished Pantheon mission that spawns minions at 47.
It's like DA, but with purples!
I have that one on my fire tank at 50. Mainly use for it the BP mask badge for Sg mates. Very lucrative to run it a few times. -
Id stongly suggest taking the 2 auras the moment they are available, and AB at 32.
Those buffs are very much 'expected' by a team on an appropriate leveled empath -
do you have something specific in mind ?
Issue 16 was seen to include a change to electric armor (before the costume creator was locked), where conserve power was switch to be less effective and end rec, but include a self-heal component address a key hole in that set.
Issue 15 had the dominator revamp with most sets being tweaked a little. -
under your name. See the little 'hazard warning' look a like triangle with a exclamation mark.
Click on that.
The scales next to that is for 'reputation' -
