I would like to thank Squez for linking GM Dave in the thread.
My lawyers will be in touch, due to the large split in my sides caused by linking said site. -
Outside of the 5th column gladiator (can't be gained on any new characters)
The earliest arcs that award the portal and hence the way you can get solo.
Reside: Echo down the Aeons (15-19)
Blueside: Doc Delilah, Agent G or Mercedes Sheldon's 2nd arc (all 20-24/25) -
Both sides.
Participate in a flashback started in an SG base. The team leader needs to be level 25 or higher to operate the crystal, the team members have to be at the lowest level or higher.
Effectively both sides can do at any level. (Redside choose one of the intial arcs, blueside the negotiator badge mission) -

Minor Nit pick.
Its not based on average (mean) time, it is based on the median time.
A few very fast (or very slow) runs are outliers and dont affect the median as much as they would with the average time. -
Saw The reports of a clean netgraph and had to check.
Seeing much better net graph right now. -
Comcast - Atlanta area playing on Triumph
Its really hard to get any teaming done when its like this. it is better solo/duo, but goes to pot with the larger teams -
Now all we need is the luck charm listed at that to go...

I have a sonic/sonic and though the end drain was noticeable, it really wasn't too much of an issue overall.
Its a fun set for any of the ATs that get it, as it is fairly low maintenance -

Besides me being a 'just the facts' kind of guy I am vulnerable to peer pressure
Lanaru: Cri Moar Meteors, they are delicious -
Quote:But like good charactera, the best times for me come with having a variety of good single malts in the house, that I an pick and choose according to my mood.Nope. I was about to mention my distress at the thread NOT being about good scotch.
(Right now I have 3 bottles, 2 of which are opened and the 3rd has yet to be) -
No gladiator category defeat-X badge has a progress bar

The current 10% is already a significant drain.
On Mr Falkland Islands I recently had a 450 million inf sale, the 0% ate up 45 million, which is about 20-30 hours worth of inf generation for him.
Maybe a sliding scale would increase the inf burn, but right now I still am not seeing rampant inflation.
Supply demand shift for purples and PvP IOs causing a shift - yes. General inflation - no -

Todays patch note
Quote:Minion and Lieutenant Freakshow entities in the level 20-38 range have had their XP multiplier set to 0.95, up from 0.8 -
I funnelled inf from various sources to Cat over the years (I hesitate to think what his build is worth currently with 5 purple sets and 4PVP IO sets), but I haven't been above the billion liquid inf before.
Per CIT Im at 3 billion liquid on my various heroes, but still shy redside (668 million). Next goal is Smash Engrab (SS/fire brute) to the billion mark. -
Yeah the big ones you come across in the AE
Blaster foes get defiance, and can shoot through holds, sleeps stuns etc just the same way blaster players can.
Melee defense sets (scrapper/tank/brute etc) provide significant amounts of mez protection ontop of the mobs natural.
If a Boss takes 2 holds normally, then you need 4 more to break through integration. Controllers really have problems.
The absolute best way to find some of these things is make a few 'simple' mob types and fiddle with them in a short mission, just so you know what the mobs are and see how they react. -
I hate to be this way, but pretty much your entire post is poor observation and if there were a problem, no-one would be able to help you as you miss giving out any details.
There are debuff caps (and buff caps) but I doubt you would be hitting them
http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Limits
the next question is what KIND of foes were you facing, I'm guessing these were MA foes, from the multiple AV comment.
Well the Defence set taken if any has a huge effect on controls.
Its not a nerf or buff to you, its the effect of the foes you are fighting.
Fitness has not been changed significantly since Issue 6, and those minor tweaks were both buffs. (flight speed in swift and a minor mez resistance in health) -
Mister Speaker, I finally present my Ebil Entry Card
Key things recently.
Couple of purple drops on Task Forces
Getting some PvP IOs pre-farm nerf, then selling after. -
My own thoughts is that a WW in the base would eliminate a lot of below vendor pricing.
The simple convenience of being able to hoover up the cheap stuff and click sell on the autodoc, would lead to a supremely efficient flooring of stuff available at sub-vendor pricing.
Now you can discuss if thats good or bad, but its easy to see its likely to happen. -
My typical progression is
Nothing until 12
12-21 Lowbie IOs, mix of commons and fcheap sets slotted for value rather than bonuses (Frankenslotting)
At 22 full set of level 25 IOs mix of commons and frankenslotting of cheap sets
If I have a particular build in mind, then at 27-30 or so I start dropping in the 'final planned' sets (level 30-33 IOs)
If I have no particular build in mind, I stick with commons and frankenslotting through to 50.
Theres more than a few of my recent 50s who got all they way there with the level 25 commons still in place. They are plenty good enough for most situations. -
The three things I liked about the snippets
1) Missions push you along the way, it takes some time/effort and chocies to make the switch
2) The Protagonists are in some of the missions as recurring characters, and are moving with/against the player
3) It is reversible if you so choose (I have one character concspt who will be 'perma-grey' as well as a few who will switch sides)
One thing I would like answered in future interviews
4) Is side switching level gated for existing characters (new characters can start in Preatoria and presumably choose sides early). What about existing folks ?
