I dont have any info but the methodology is:
Using the temp power analyzer, or surveilance would let you examine a debuff on an AV, note its magnitude and then exit, change settings come back and check it versus the same foe at EB level. -

Unslotted dull pain hits the stalker cap.
+HP is not a high priority for a regen stalker at all due to this. -
Damage procs are not affected by buffs or DEBUFFS.
Nifty for say a Super Strength tank/brute when rage crashes -
The big question for me is how will this work on the winter slopes for my non-jumpers.
Will it provide enough control and speed to hit the gold ? -

Lt salvage is high, but in the expected range, everything else is pretty much at the center point of the expected distribution. -

I'm trying hard to remember patch rollbacks in the game. I think we have had 4 in total.
The fact that two of them have been recently could be just bad luck or could be a sign of a decrease in the quality of the QA process.. I'm thinking its the former.*

I know we have a good number of service and ex-service folks on the server.
This year at Westminster Abbey was the first Armistice Day service without a WW1 veteran present.
There are 3 recognized WW1 Vets left alive, One English but Emigrated to Australia (also fought in WWII), one Canadian and one US Doughboy.
Personally that is a very sobering thought, that very soon the horror that was will have passed beyond living memory. -

I got quite a few (like 2 boxes IIRC) unopened packs of the CCG.
It was rather a fun little thing to play. I'll probably break open some packs at Thanksgiving a play with my nephews and nieces. -
