In a team-v- team environment, this means the team will generally get a maximum of 2 chances per opposing character per 10 min match. (16 in total in a 8 -v- 8).
Your rep timer is set by kills by a team-mate -
This is my own issue with it.
My post history goers back to just after I joined (I have a just a few comments in not purged threads from back then). If someone wanted to neg rep someone 'just because', they just have to go waaay back and do it.
The chances of the person being repped actually finding the comment to report is slim.
Searching by username caps out at 500. Go back further than that and there is probably a less than slim chance. -
I remember the uproar the first time we had a non-Englshman as the England manager.
I totally understand, and think that the SFA would much rather go overseas than grab a sassenach.
But I would say look at what Jack did for the Republic side. A manager with an attacking style is just what Scotland needs right now IMHO. -

With a slight variation i could set up soemthing like this
My account 1 - killing character say a fire troller
My account 2 - lamb
Wifes acount 1 and 2 - lambs
3 'lambs' to be slaughtered by the fire imps, should get 3 chances For a drop every 5 mins, assumign they all spawned close together. (set up as a 3 -v- 1 team match they should).
this would work afk, or slightly more efficiently with a live player, but it is as dull as ditchwater and then some. -
The Invincible Moose tagged Umber IIRC (a blaster anyway) on our run.
Thankfully he had PFF active, which allowed him to survive. -

I picked it up with a Fusion Force Team, and we had damage out of the whazoo, but basically no debuffs.
I'd echo the serious point #4 that the Reichsman is one HUGE sack of hit points, and this is one situation I'd really say some major -regen is (almost) essential.
ours would have gone much better had we remembered #1 and #9.
We had Kyle with us as the target of comments and forgot about Turbo. -
I'd suggest biding your time.
It is entirely possible we may get another 6+1 and 12+2 offer at around the time of going Rogue, certainly it would be schrewd marketing to do so.
Additionally last year there was a holiday bonus version of the same deals, which I took full advantage of. -

I dont know who is in the running, but Keegan is available and would be a fine choice if you ask me. -
I personally am not a huge fan of Dual Blades, I find the combo system limiting especially on teams.
Dark and Electric are both decent pairings with regen. Both have ways of mitigating some of the spike damage (Fear and knockdown). Im playing both right now, and having a blast with them in the late teens. -
Mags and mine was in Founders, the opposite side of the Fountain from Numina, this seems to be a popular spot from what I have seen of weddings in game.

CoX is perfectly playable on Dial-up, the only significant traffic is patches, and those are in the 10s-100 Mb normally.
The one exception would be around GR, where there will be a lot of graphics updated. -
And of course certain missions have allys in there, who join you and 'help'
Fusionette and Lady Jane being notorious for the amount of 'help' they provide. -

Outside of Catwhoorg, not mnay people outside my coalition can recognise the majority my character. There is the Shadowcatwhoorg, Cathwoorgshade etc who do have the name recognition.
More than once I have had a tell or local comment, wow so you DO actually play, I just thought you posted on the forums....
I still don't quite know what to make of that other than a /e shrug. -

'Rich' is a difficult term at the best of times.
Are we talking Bll Gates ? Are we talking $100 minimum poker nights with your buddies ? Are we talking not really worrying about the odd extravagence as you know everything important is covered ?
My own characters, except for some 50s that predate the market are basically all in IOs commons/frankenslotted at 12+, moving onto to sets in their 20-30s.
All of them are self funding through this exercise, through a minimal amount of market activity (ie selling their drops).

The most recent singificant chnage being Doctored wounds to Panacea in Reconstruction, a move I would like to echo in Dull Pain. That move was about 1.5 billion in inf at the current market, which I didn't drop without a little thought and hesitation, but not much after all it is just pretendy fun time money.
With some inf transfer I could drop that for the 2nd set right now, but that would severely deplete several characters of inf in hand (and inf that can earn more inf).
I guess I would classify myself as comfortably off, maybe upper middle class rather than truly rich. -

That team is going to have issues.
Half you damage is smashing/lethal which he resists heavily and you have no -regen
Honestly your best option I would say is quit and grab an extra debuffer or two. -
If I'm after influence/infamy, use the random rolls.
On average they will be more profitable than direct purchase -

I know there's at least one Brazilian SG out there that caters to the players that are both bilingual and monolingual on the NA servers. There's nothing that would stop EU players from doing the same thing as they expanded into other servers and vice versa for us going onto their servers.
I welcome the chance to game with our EU brothers and sisters. I also look forward to picking up a few words and phrases in whatever boobely boobely language they speak. -
