Passing the star *usually* does the trick. To do this the leader logs out.
IIRC it was listed as a known issue a while ago. -

Quote:Going Rogue will double it. (if it doesn't occur before then)
Didn't they increase arc space at one point? If I'm remembering correctly, then if you haven't looked at it in a while it's possible that you might have a bunch of extra space. Most of the customs did have descriptions, I only noticed it missing on those two. -
Every Defender secondary has the same basic DPE (Damage per endurance used).
now /elec does get a chance to get end back, on some blasts, and sonics -res affects the effective DPE in its favour.
but the /rad blasts which others used have the exact same DPE basis an /energy
5.2 end per 1 Damage scale worth of attack -
Quote:I believe its 2, but haven't personally tested that(As an aside, I'd never actually bothered to use detention field on an EB before, and was surprised that it didn't work. I understand that acc/mez hamis raise the magnitude of the OnlyAffectsSelf status - does anybody know how many it would take to make detention field work on EBs?)

#1 Buy them at Went/BM is the absolute fastest. The longer the event runs the cheaper they will be
Im finding the Baby New year a decent return/time. The Winter event if you have a critical mass of folks is a fast way of getting them as well -
This year is going to be different for sure.
The supply of canes is significantly up, with 2 new sources (LoW event, and 'regular' Winter Horde drops).
I'm thinking the WG IOs will be in higher supply, but still likely to be a reasonable investment come the summer.
Make sure to diversify though, don't just get one IO type. The biggest killing IIRC were on the non-special portions of that set. -
You dont need the game installed twice, just get on account all the way logged in, before switching.
If you are just trading enh or other stuff, even a fairly low end PC is reasonable, just make sure you turn down the slider settings.
If you are actively fighting with both then a higher end graphics card and lots of memory would be useful.
I used to occasionally dual box on my laptop, which had 4 gig of memory and 'real' graphics card (not an onboard one), and with low settings it was tolerable. -
It was the parallel to focus that I felt would drop a big enough hint to Bill on its its usefulness.
And yes CJ+Hover can be run simultaneously. -
Dispersion bubble is indeed protection. It does have a hole to sleep
-
Bill
I win = 100% knockdown powers
ie focus or force bolt -
If you are getting an EB in the AE building on -1/x1/no bosses/no AVs that is a bug and I'd forward it to Arbiter Kim
-
+4/x8/bosses/AVs can appear to a solo player
Should every character be capable of defeating that ? -
As long as your account is active, indefinitely.
If you stop subscribing, the first maintenance after 60 days of character not being logged in will clear the market slots. -
Quote:Judging from Ubers slider and mine
Arcana:
I've had him spawn as a Boss, but also as an EB. I'm notsure what decides that. Notably, I've beaten him as a Boss, on all my characters (I always playtest my arcs on all my characters before publication, so I have a sense of the difficulty across ATs and level).
Uber: EB +0/x1/Bosses/No AVs.
Me: Boss +0/x1/ No Bosses/No AVs.
Bosses enabled should make him spawn as an EB always
Any team size greater than 1 should as well. -
Quote:Fire(well any AOE primary)/rad corrs indeed stack in a similar way. They lose containment, but gain scourge.Weird question, wouldn't a single kin defender or controller help out a lot with endurance and recharge? Never tried the fire/rad but especially early on, while the attacks may be autohit for gobs of damage, the endurance and recharge are still issues.
the other question is would a corrupter be the redside equivalent? -
I'd prefer it on the login screen and an NPC, but only the NPC would be acceptable.
I support this suggestion assuming the data has been tracked. -
Im probably evenly split between deciding a combination to play and coming up with the concept, and making a concept and trying to find the right combination that fits.
One of the reasons I have so many blasters on my CIT list, is that I wanted a fire/* blaster and basically rolled up a /fire /NRG and a /mental to see which worked better. The /NRG was the most fun and is now 45, but the others are also proving fun in their own right, and therby survived the 'teen deletion' hammer.
I do think I have a better base understanding of game mechanics than an 'average' player, which helps fit a concept to suitable builds that should be fun. -
Quote:My Spines Scrapper reacehd 38 before my sense of why am I still doing this? kicked in and he got deleted.I did something about my distaste for the AT with a damage dealing primary dishing out lousy damage. I deleted it and play something else.
My stone tank is now perma-retired (and will be shuffled off Triumph) at 45. The only reason he wasn't deleted is that I had space available in my 36 slots.
Bill makes a lot of sense here. Rather than banging around and finding something unfun, you (general) are better off finding something that is fun and runnign with it.
Brutes and me as a rule just don't work. I tried a dozen or more combinations, before finding one I was happy with. Thats hit 50 and still is in my regaulr play rotation.
Deleting an unfun character is not a defeat, its a liberating experience.
My stats from CIT tracked characters
Defender 10
Scrapper 10 (1 is perma retired)
Blaster 7
Controller 7 (1 is semi-retired)
Mastermind 5
Tanker 5 (Stoner is retired)
Brute 4
Corruptor 4
Dominator 2
Stalker 2
Arachnos Soldier 1
Arachnos Widow 1
Peacebringer 1
Warshade 1 -
Quote:You should know better than that.Cardiff has zero snow, i hate countries who have snow right now.
Heard the following on the news earlier.
"The large majority of the UK are celebrating the snow that is falling."
They lie!
A miniscule snowfall in the South East especially London is a massive news story.
6 feet or more in the Midlands, the North, South West, Wales or Scotland is a filler item at the end of the news. -
There a way of enabling/disbaling tool tips (which is the techncial name for the hoiver info)
It should be under options, but Im not sure exactly where -
At least Lord Recluse made the ferries run on time...
To the OP many totalitarian states throughout history and fiction have similarites. -
AV resistance
(http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Archvillain_Resistance)
when the purple triangles are up
90% resistance to knck
50 magnitude knock protection
With the triangles up the answer is no.
With the triangles down its highly dependant upon the AV.
Taking Arachnos AVs as an example Night Widow Nocturne I freequently see knocked up (ooooh eerrr missus) down or back.
The inner circle, I have never seen knocked. -
Rather than on the general concept.
Castle looked at unresistable damage a while back in stalker assassins strike. It even got as far as the test server, before being pulled.
Based on his comments at that time, unresistable damage is unlikely ever to come to PVE. Mob resistance is used too much as a balance factor in fights.
As an example, take a 99% resistant foe.
The unresistable damage will be doing 100 times more than a normal attack of similar scale, against an unresistant foe it will be doing the same.
Balce it for the latter, and its overpowered in the former. Balance the other way round and its a poor attack against anything but the toughest AVs.
Its also probably going to have funky effects with certain foes who hit 100%+ resistance to certain damage types.
