The AVs in TFs remain AVs no matter what mix of team size and/or difficulty.

The Winter events was extended beyond their planned schedule as 'compensation' to servers that had major stability issues during the event.
Then earlier in the year we had a 'repeat' double Xp weekend for pretty much the same issue (but different servers affected)
I would hope that 3 weeks (the planned duration) at a time of year when people are frequently traveling wouldn't be considered too much.
Judging from this timeline. Halloween = 2weeks normally, Winter event 3 weeks, Valentines 2 weeks. These are however all clustered Oct-Feb.
45 weeks of 'normality'
Throw in a couple of invasion weekends, and double XP weekends, and drop that to 41 weeks if you like. -

Historical figures are officially OK. Or at least, the GM who encountered my friends and I as a band of superpowered versions of less famous US Presidents when we needed help with a stalled TF thought it was OK.
The concept was an extension of Global Heroics where instead of Mr/Mister/Ms/Miss <countryname> we would actually used a historical figure from the nations history. Say Charlemagne for France or Arthur (or King Alfred) for England, maybe El Cid for Spain.
The response was basically 'it depends' and it would have to be checked on a case by case basis.
We dropped the concept -

My 50 rad/rad has next to no sets (a few HOs) and is still heavily requested on endgame TFs.
More so than any character (my son/son def runs him close.) -
I was at 36 on my main account on triumph (and 20ish on my 2nd), I deleted a couple and moved several into retirement on another server.

Hurricane is not marked [non-resistable] so against a level 50 AV operates at only 15% of its nominal value.

Its definitely significant. (50% is not a bad estaimte)
Inn addition Chronologist gives Pool A (mob drop), as well as or instead of Pool B. -

10.5% damage bonus is decent, get swamped if you leverage defiance a lot, but you play a lot of cones on teams, it helps offset the lower defiance build of those attacks.

I am disputing the ability of one person to speak for others. Its a common forum tactic and easily dismissable. It actually harms a case instead of building it -
if they want it, they can come along and support it.

I disagree with the premise of the thread, and find OM to be fun, functional and useful solo and teamed.
I'd much rather see time bomb replaced with something more akin to OM, than OM to go away. -
Pulled up my dropstats logs that I haven't achieved yet.
At 925 boss defeats since Dec 1 solo, I have 6 drops.
Thats about 1:150, but the 95% confidence range is huge. -

When they introduced the new "Supreme Leader" rank for supergroups, alot of folks were left scratching thier heads. From the player standpoint, there was no real reason to do it.
