Negate:
I pretty much only use eviscerate these days when I will hit 2 or more with it. Given the longer range on melee cones, thats actually pretty easy to arrange.
Single hard target ? don't use it. -
Follow-up, Focus, Slash, Strike (or Eviscerate)
thats your basic single target chain
Mix in spin and eviscerate when you have mobs clustered.
I have assault and run it all the time, picked it up at 35 (regen with no revive) or 41, I forget which in my current build but it has been both at various respecs. -
Outside of PVP, claws is basically awesomeness in a box.
The lack of 1) build up and 2) a slow recharge heavy hitter makes the PVP performance somewhat sub-par -
Went with DP/NRG. Mr Montserrat, replacing my stone/stone tank of the same name who got shifted to a different server.
-
Absolutely.
In theory its should be even more valuable, put in practice most PVP IO sets are slotted at 50, so the able to slot it at 41 is only a minor advantage. -
On the surface its not a bad idea, the problem is that there are STILL folks who refuse to be educated to the fact you can get common recipes at the crafting tables.

Atlas... Atlas ... oh yeah that place that has some badges on the way to the Hollows.
GC starter here. Basically have done so except for my first couple of characters. -
Bought and applied to 2 of the 4 household accounts. I'll get the other 2 tomorrow.
One comment. The purchase is listed as 'perk', could you please get more descriptive for NCstore purchases to make it easier to track what an account does or does not have. -
(poly)Butadiene is a type of synthetic rubber. Makes sense to me, assuming you knew that fact. Which I admit I know only due to my chemical background.

My only thought is that there will be few if any beta testers that have access to comparable cards from the different firms, and so be able to answer your question.
Thats leaving aside the NDA issue. -
Quote:With a little bit of planning (I normally start bidding for my level 15 IOs when I get to 8 or so) you minimize the Real world time 'cost' of generics/frankenslotting.Another advantage of SOs is real-world time. SOs are readily available for slotting right when you need them.
With IOs you either have to invest the time to craft them (and at times salvage can be very expensive) and invest the time to wait for a badger to fill your order (I may not understand badgers, but I LOVE 'em!).
There is no way to reduce the time cost of SO every 5 levels.
So the way I do it, there is no real world time advantage to SO. -
I view it as a service, basically like paying for my cable TV.
I get far more bang for my buck out of COH than I do my cable. -
There have been occasional comparisons posted, but only of a few select items at a time, and they were snapshots of a moment not really anything over time.
nothing of the depth and scope you are looking for has been complied posted and maintained -
Personal storage with E-mailing becomes very significant and limited mainly by how much you wish to fiddle with it.
The 20 slots is immediate inventory, very easy to use and access.
Going to the next level though:
'Most' people seem to play predominantly on one or two servers. For the US folks there are 11, each with 12 slots.
Even using just half of those that is 60 'bank' characters at level that can be rolled and parked.
Assuming level 1 for these 60 bank characters.
That's 600 enhancements
180 salvage
60 recipes
plus 60 spots on the Auction house that could be used
For 66 month plus vets these become
480 salvage
360 recipes
plus 120 spots on the AH.
If you play on only a single server, and have 10 servers available for this trick, then double the above.
I would say that is easily enough inventory for most individuals need, and it takes only minor work to get it.
(Though book keeping would be required to keep things straight for sure)
Sorry EU folks, you don't get to use this trick anywhere near as much.
Players like Heraclea, I have little doubt will use at least some of this off server storage in addition to their SG base(s), perhaps if you see this you would comment on how this meshes with your crafting and storing play-style ? -

There was stated that there would be some sort of significant 'reward' for staying 'pure' hero or villain as well.
What that is, and how it ties into Posi's new design of end game content we shall see. Also how it ties into characters created in Preatoria.
It is necessary specifically to avoid vigilante/rogue being the 'default' condition that everyone plays at. -
The box releases (COV, architect edition) have had 'hard' release dates in the past. Basically its good business practice in the industry. Not quite 'required' but certainly 'expected'.

Quote:1) I don't speak for the market forums or anyone else for that matter. I speak for myself. I think it is a badly thought out idea that would adversely affect the game. My detailed reasons stated previously. I believe that random drops (or common rolls for AE tickets) are better for the game as a whole. Then I ask again: What is all the animosity for the suggestion? If it isn't "major inf" we are talking about, then what does it matter to you or the others on the market if the suggestion gets accepted by the developers. Collectively the market will do what it always does: move onto something else that has better profits.
I've been getting a ton of negative rep (-200) with comments that amount to "ahahaha", collectively the market supporters in this thread have shown an abysmal reaction (you'd think I asked for the market to be eliminated given the reactions), and I've basically been told to use the system that I've repeatedly said I didn't want any part of.
Tell me is that the reaction you want to foster, Cat? Or do the market supporters just want to bully a suggestion because it deals with "minor inf"?
2) I don't care about your rep one way or the other. I haven't added or subtracted from it. It is turned off. if the rep points were signed you would know who did them,. if not then why suggest it is an orchestrated effort, apart from to further the next point ?
There has been clear attempts at 'Poisoning the Well' (in terms of the logical fallacy) and they have entirely emanated from you. This last post contains further examples.
