There are 3 arcs under my name, all part of a large story. The first two are stand alones, but should probably be played in order. The final one requires at least the second (Let's Do The Time Warp Again) to be played for a plot point to make sense.
Part 1 (standalone): Time Stream Snafu
A company, Omega Works, has had some interesting developments in portal tech. Their portals can cross not only dimensions, but also time and space! But something's gone wrong. Recruit some help from throughout time to fix the time stream!
Part 2 (standalone): Let's Do the Time Warp Again
Omega Works thought they'd worked out all their problems, but they were wrong! Similar to "Time Stream Snafu", save the day alongside some very interesting allies. (Contains EB/AV at the end)
Part 3 (requires at least Part 2): The Problem with Portals
I don't want to spoil anything, but this arc nicely caps off the story started in parts 1 and 2. It has the same sort of "time-ally" idea. Lots of fun! [Contains EB/AV at the end!]

Resists base is 1.25% for a single resist and on the few that are dual it is 0.63% (ie halved)
Defence base WAS 1.25% for a single type or position, and 0.63% on the few that were dualed to start with
From the get go grabbing a position defence was twice as good as getting a resist, then the pairing of poisitonal and typed in every case, made it easier to stack
Right now there are 5 (count em) ways to improve smashing resistance and 4 to improve lethal resists
Both Sm and Le
Air Burst 4 0.63%
Analyze Weakness 6 1.58%
Call to Arms 5 1.89%
Lethal Only
Edict of the Master 4 2.5%
Smashing only
Hibernation 4 1.25%
Kinetic Crash 3 2.5%
Of those only Kinetic crash is remotely stackable in any non-MM build.

Again the vast majority are already paired, and given the number of purple sets in there, already unstackable.
Its a relatively straightforward fix, to adjust the few sets that aren't paired (*insert code rant*) and would address soem of the issues that defence is overwhelmingly favoured in IO builds right now. -
I have given the full spectrum
I have left an arc unrated, but with a long comment - basically it was bugged and I let the author know, where and how to fix.
Then:
1 Starred a 'player killer' map
2 Starred just a poorer than a random paper mission
Multiple 3 stars
1 4 star on a good arc, but with 2 huge defeat alls in the final missions, I left a comment about how the ending dragged.
and a couple of 5 stars on arcs I played and liked on test after they went up on live -

Certainly the GMs are locking obvious farms as soon as they find them. Read into that your own interpretation. -

I mean, I'm definitely willing to give the devs the benefit of the doubt on this one -- I can see what they wanted to do, and I even consider it worth doing -- but they really need to reverse this, and quick, until they can restrict it to the intended target. It is absolutely not worth the gain if it's going to apply to the huge number of unintended situations it presently covers.

Or it could be the long awaited fix for the 'double stacked' buff exploit abused by Shielders for the longest time. -
A flat out no powers work is *insert code rant here* much easier to code successfully than a partial block.
Outside of the few steps from the door to the terminal, what do you need auto powers for in there anyway ? -

Beginners luck is base on your effective level as determined by any sidekick or exemp functionality. -
An exploration badge has basically the same issues as a plaque.
It will be on every server, when it is relevant to a small subsection of one. -

The resistance bonuses should be paired in the same way that the defence bonuses were looked at and adjusted.

Midnighters Club in I12 - the history badge uses 'plaque' mechanics but are all the various objects
RWZ in Issue 10 would be the last plaques, which detail the forts and a few other locations
The non-badge one in Faultline (I8) by Jim
Last badge related plaques would be I7 (Grandville) -
Dual Builds are meant to be separate.
having a full set of 5 bonuses carry over from buidl 1 to build 2 would create the ability to be far too powerful.
+75% accuracy (more than 2 SO worth) and 50% recharge (more than twice quickness) plus other effects for zero slots in your build.

I dont think TT is unique as a collection of players and I dont think a plaque is appropriate.
