Slight change to improve accuracy and as I have more data to pool from.
The top table represents the weightings in the uncommon drops
The lower table the weighting in the rare drops.
The uncommon:rare ratio is 5.9:1 compared to 8:1 in the 'regular game'

30-34 Column represents the raw data of all the drops possible at that rarity
Column A represents the unweighted probability (kept to a higher accuarcy on my sheets obviously)
Column B respresents that observed by my own drops (same caveat)
Column C is the weighting factor seen in the data set.
Breaking out the uncommons seperately fixes a couple of issues I had realised were present in my methodology. -
If you are in the 30-33 range, then 30-35 rolls work well.
33 being the max level you can exemp to 30 (Sirens Call) and still get the set bonuses.
Kinetic Combat triple is gold/merit rolls only.
Kinetic Combat Dam/Rech can't be gained from bronze, thats is in the silver roll pool. -
You run the raid mission, click on the glowie and get a temp power, just the same as redside.
If you already have the temp power, you get nothing. Some of these temps come form other sources as well (eg Cryonite Armor), and that will count as already having.
The possible list is:
Claymore
Cryonite Armor
Cryoprojection Bracers
Electromagnetic Grenades
EMP Glove
Flamethrower
Heavy Rock
IR Goggles
Kinetic Shield
Long Bow
Med Kit
Plasmatic Taser
Shotgun
Smoke Bomb
Stealth Suit
Stun Grenade
Tear Gas
Wave Scrambler
Web Grenade
And I have gotten each of those over the course of many safeguards, one of my goals with Catwhoorg ages ago was to acquire each of them -
From my bronze roll weighting tracking, the tohitbuff and endmods are coming out close to 1, so no great change. Snipes of course are weighted fairly low.
Of course after running a large amount of data, I realised that I have to split rare and uncommon as it is skewing my analysis, and though I have quite a bit more data I haven't gone back and done that yet. -
Plateaux (I think thats the correct spelling for multiples) are the bane of everyone who is trying to lose weight.
I try to add an exercise session, even just a 20 walk min at lunch, as my way to break through them, doesn't take much to tip the balance back to where you want to be.
Being the math geek I am, when I was losing the wieght I gained during (and after) my wifes battle with cancer, I plotted a point daily on a chart. A pound up or down didn't bother me, as you could see the trendline going the right way, the whole time.
That worked for me, other people really dont need to be weighing daily as they do freak out over any small gain, and forget the dozen small losses than went before. -
Awesome Job Tealeaf, keep it up and reach that goal
-
The Magi are really the only challenging part of the raid, and then can be controlled very easily.

Go to the gym in the morning. Go to work during the day. Play at night.

Throw in laps in the pool when I get home, and yes you have it. My 5 -7pm playtime drops to near zero in the summer. -

I just have a shortcut to my screenshots folder on the desktop.

There are two ways that posts get 'deleted by the mods'
#1 is the Mod-edit which leaves the post in place
#2 is the nuke, which removes the post and all replies to that post. Very often catching many posts that dont need modding.
#1 is used if the thread is generally OK
#2 tends to be used when an argument is raging out of check, such that its too much work for the mod to edit each post. -

Yes, his numbers are impressive .. But overstating his rating numbers to make your point does not validate your argument - in fact, that you exaggerate them (whether intentionally or not) shows us the opposite - that you are either not paying attention to the actual 'numbers', or that you are twisting them for your purposes.
[/ QUOTE ]
Thats insane. I mean completely bonkers.
[/ QUOTE ]
Not at all, lying about something (over stating figures) normally weakens an argument no matter where you are. An honest mistake weakens it less if you admit it, but still weakens it -
And the deed is done
Acc x10 - all sold
Dam x10
Rech x10
Heal x7 - 1 sold
Endrec x9
Run x10 - 5 sold
Damres x7
I'm not sure about the mez it will either be stun or immob (x8), I'll see what the salvage is going for at that time.
made the immobsx8 - none sold
Grats to the folks who picked up those 16 bargains. -
The same/similar core 4-5 million listening 4-5 times per week is somewhat less of an audience than 20 million individuals listening once.
Thats not even touching the more recent 14 million, which likely represents a daily figure about 3 million or a touch under 1% of the population.
(US Population is 306 million pre most recent official estimates) -

The only way I found is to join a team of the appropriate level and get exemplared down to their level. Try broadcasting your desired on your server Badge Channel.
[/ QUOTE ]
You don't even have to be exemplared. Just have the lowbie start the mission with you on the team. Then you can go in, one-shot the Villain, find the exploration badge, do all the side missions (and get the temp power if you get to the clickie first). Everyone who hasn't gotten the special reward will get it upon mission completion. Of course, no xp or prestige, but you'll get the other rewards and badges.
[/ QUOTE ]I assume this won't allow you to get a temp power you already got once?
[/ QUOTE ]
You can get repeats of the raid temps, as long as you have completely used up the prevous one -
I treat Follow-up as an attack for slotting
Pre HO:
1-2 Acc 2-3 dam 1 endrec 1 recharge Or sets to suit
HO:
3 acc/dam 2 tohit/rech 1 tohit/end
My current 'tweaked' slotting with a large amount of global recharge (and accuracy)
3 acc/dam 1 tohit/rech 1 tohit/end 1 Touch of death Proc -
Only the attack where it is slotted, just like any other damage proc.
-
There was one this morning. Next is due on Friday.

A few weeks ago when I logged my sales for the fabricator break out thread I sold 463 crafted common IOs.
Over 300 (which is what 65%) of them would have been one specific type at one specific level (and no, not End mod).
A good chunk of the rest was that type of IO at different levels.
When you find a niche that works, its easy to stick with it.
<edit>
Going back further, my brute has sold literally thousands of level 20 damage IOs. He is over 50% of the way to fabricator, and 80% of that progress at least is level 20 damages. -
Im going to be looking for it in the next patch on test.
-
-
Yes you would get the bonuses from both and they add.
You can stack 5 of the same name bonuses from the same or different sets
Example the 5% recharge from say red fortune, doctored wounds and crushing impact is 5 combined, which gives you a maximum of 25% in that case. -
It requires massive amounts of +recharge.
The 'trick' being the Dom can be triggered when the bar is full (>90%) if the previous Dom hasn't worn off the bar is always full.
