Time for verfiy is very dependent on the PC.

My nearly 5 year old laptop, takes 5 mins or so, as long as I don't try to do anything else.

The desktop takes under 60 seconds.

If the OP really is taking 20 mins, that suggests some system maintenance (maybe even an upgrade) is long overdue.

I'd think seriously about putting the Numi proc into the aura.

That would add 3.75% ranged defence, and if you aren't hitting you heal at least once every 4 mins, you likely don't need the extra boost.

I'd ballpark that 300% ontop of the defence from shields would be a good start.

A regen scrapper with FH and Integration both 3 slotted comes out at a shade under 400%

I used that backstory as a foundation element in my Carnival of Light SG (Triumph...and spread to at least two more servers). I suspect in that case the masks serve as more of a benign psychic (and probably empathic) link. That's how we RP it, anyway. =)

To be comparable, it should be ~10% chance of knockup but keep the 100% -fly for X seconds portion.

I will be sad when it changes, as I do use it extensively, especially on non-melee characters for some in your face control.
