  2. Use the in game numbers, the short text descriptions were written by multiple people over time and are at best a guideline.
  3. The Shard TFs are much easier with the combination of Mission Teleport and Team recall.

    Spread liberally amongst the full team of 8, travel time is barely worth mentioning.
  4. Hasn't a similar theme to Civil War already happened in the CoX Universe ?

    The Might for Right act, and subsequent repeal is really what Im thinking about, but Im not 100% famialiar withe the whole Civil War stuff to be sure.

    Tie in the Hero Corp/Freedom Phalanx issue over "Hero for hire' versus those who perform public service. The History of the United Nations Special Council on Super Human Activities and the Citizen Crime Fighting Act, and I think the themes have been covered.

    The UN special Council is pretty heavily tied in the the Global Heroics lore, which is why I can be a little bit geekish about this.


    Anyway to answer you question. Im pretty sure my entire stable of Heros would have tried to stand up against the compulsory regsitration and selective drafting of the Might for Right act.

    In fact I have an idea that events around the 'expert badge' plaque by the river in Perez

    Yep its the very definition of power creep. Alwasy move things in the direction of the baseline, be that up or down.

    That is all, one of them doesn't even need to stay logged in.

    The ITF has been completed by all AT teams by my SG, except for stalkers. The all Khedlian was a bloodbath admittedly, and the stalkers got to the last fight and just couldn't quite pull it off.

    So then we did themed, all fire , all ice etc. Covered all of those as well.

    And thats a key point.

    One purple drop per say 5000 mobs, is an additional 20 000 inf per mob, if you play the odds long enough.


    Its like Pool C rolls, (and now Gold rolls), they only are really winners in the long run, as you need one or more of the rare valuable drops to get up to par.

    1 vet respec per 12 months
    upto 3 earned from trials

    Then 1 free per issue*

    Plus:
    Recipes available on Wents
    Real life option to pay

    *past performance is no guaruntee of future, but its pretty likely to continue


    If the recipes are valuable and you wish to move them, then buy the respec recipes. If they aren't 'worth' the cost of a respec recipe, then they obviously are not valuable.

    Fire control:
    Multi-imps reduced to 3
    Imps reduced by 1 level
    AOE hold reduced in duration and recharge
    Bonfire - Knockback made unaffected by enh/buffs to fix an exploit (perma bouncing higher levels on the spot)
    Imp attacks no longer affected by recharge

    Kinetics:
    Fulcrum shift vastly affected by target cap (all AOE powers were but a single FS can no longer damage cap the entire team)
    I recall FS being reduced in effect for controllers, the buff originally being the same as defenders, but I dont recall exactly when.

    edit to add epic powers reduced in base damage, at least in part so they dont get crazy strong with fulcrum shift

  12. I occasionally (usually from the same troller) saw over 15. Depended a lot on their charge slotting, which would be pre-ED of course
  13. I kinda like it, sure could do with a little trimming of fat (so could all the Freedom Phalanx ones) and the final mission adjusting to be a bit more epic (see .sig for my take) but on a good small team it really isn't bad.

    You consider a drop rate of 15 IOs out of 1400+ kills high?

    Thats 1 drop per 95ish kills

    Edit: A decrease in drop rate would lead to an increase in cost just so ya know. Not saying I at all want it to happen as I see the drop rate rather low as an incentive to PvP

  22. Running the logic.

    The one toggle that is dropping suggests mezzing even if briefly.

    Clocks have Tesla Cage which is a sleep, and especially if you are solo herding, can be on and off in a fraction of a second.

    For a Scrapper at the clocks levels you have 5.58 Mag at 10 going upto 6.66 Mag at 20.
    For a tank its 6.97 to 8.48

    Im not sure of the exact mag of tesla cage, but lets assume its Mag 3.
    Three if them stacked will happily sleep even a tank.
