Did you consult Arcanaville about those numbers Catwhoorg?
[/ QUOTE ]
Sadly, no. I have little doubt she could reel off much better estimates. -
Even swapping a level 50 recharge IO into follow-up for the Mako Quad doesn't get you very much faster recharge (3.26 versus the 3.29).
My problem with this build that to get where you wanted to be, you have been forced into sub-par slotting decisions in core powers. Integration is woefully underslotted, and maybe the high melee defence will make up for it, maybe it wont.
Grabbing a few tens of second extra in recharge is going to be thrown away if it means you have to use Dull Pain and reconstruction more often. Not only is each animation time pulling away from your DPS, but you will also get the redraw as well.
You can pick up another 10% global by swapping an obliteration in spin of eviscerate for Armageddon, which with the IO recharge gets you down to 3.22s recharge.
Im a great believer in bring strike into the sequence, gives much more build flexibility and yet more opportunities to place damage procs. -
I predominantly do Posi, but am happy to run any of them

What's bigger, Canberra or London?
[/ QUOTE ]
Depends very much on the definitions used.
The City of London is actually tiny, 1.12 square miles, with a population of 8000 or so. The London metropolitan area is of course very much larger than that -
Because
1) its Cryptics engine, and
2) one of the terms of the licensing agreement -
And that million per hour was vendor rates. Especially with high level common salvage going for significantly above vendor rates, that figure is low balling the current expectations
-
At launch the game had 480 000 lines of code Source
The files are at least 2.5 times larger than they were then. Scaling that appropriately, means a million lines of code is not actually a bad estimate
99.99% accuracy for major things should be good enough for anyone right ?
At that rate it is over 100 major things wrong in a million lines of code. -

I spent some time in England and my perception was that people there made less, paid more taxes, and goods cost more, with some exceptions (good, cheap beer in pubs. . . I don't drink beer ) than the US.
So we're not just talking about "the new zorkmid is worth 1.6 old zorkmids and you get a 50% raise". There are, potentially, real different economic situations.
[/ QUOTE ]
Some things are more expensive,, other cheaper. Certainly when I moved over to the US 6 years ago I was amazed at how cheap day to day expenses were, though car insurance for one is very much more expensive over here, mostly due to the medical costs coverages included.
Different but similar economies. -

Depends upon your point of view. Me, I'm with Gallileo. -
Yep. After a PVP IO drop, that character cannot get another dropped for 10 mins.
Now Im not sure how the flag works.
If you were say teamed with 7 others in a PVP zone, and a PVP IO was dropped:
a) the game notes you are ineligable and rolls for the other 7.
b) the game rolls the team of 8 and ignores the drop if it comes up on you.
I believe it is b) from seeing some data from teams in PvP zones, but its certainly not conclusive either way (or even any possible 3rd way I didn't suggest) -
Dark Watcher and Ghost Widow. Yep, both programming types per the wiki.
-
7 Months I agree, but only 1 issue. I15 is not yet live, and as late in the day as it was (Mids officaily stepped down late in May), it makes sense for Steiner to roll I15 and I14 together.
Steiner posted a couple of weeks ago:

I'm having some fun with it... and putting it through very thorough number tests to make sure damn-near everything (numbers) matches up in-game as well as in-application
However, the PvP IOs might require me to do something that would come off as a band-aid versus a permanent fix. I'm hoping to get it out before i15, but there is a good chance that it will have to wait until a few days after i15's release... since it's so close now, just makes sense.

Eden Trial has Titan-Os
Sewer Trial has Hydra-Os
Not that either are taken much these days, and my first comment would be to 'fix' those to be more 'worthwhile' (such as not being outlevelled) before adding more special rewards.
Others already in the game:
Katie Hannon awards the 'Witch Hat' (from the 1st mission) and Amys Ward on completion
Hess gives a unique unlockable emote (dice7)
Various others give temp powers as part of their story progress (Moonfire, Temple of the Waters) -
pohsyb is one of the programmers, but I think he is the only one currently with a redname

Excellent link, definitely should be instantly posted in any thread where someone even utters the word 'chat filter'

I ahd to go digging 'by hand' through old scoops, which is why it took a while. -

I ran an all Scrapper Positron TF once, it was me and 2 other Scrappers

We started with a full team of 8 (it dwindled to 5 or so by the end). You cheated!
[/ QUOTE ]
You had help you cheated....
I rountinely run all scrapper Posi's - me and a logged off filler or two. (I prefer set to two simply due to the spectrals being such a pain) -
The ITF I always file under Task Forces (ooops), it is the only Strike Force that is non-signature
To be very specific:
The Beast Beneath the Mountain (20)
Pirates of the Sky (25)
Temple of the Waters (30)
Crystal of Serafina (40)
Lady Grey (50)
LRSF (50)
All will spawn at their high end.
Heroside has quite a few that are non-siganture -

Dont quote me on this, but as long as he wasnt swearing overy other word and using racial tarms he should be alright.

Wrong wrong wrong. The filter is completely and totally irrelevant as far as the rules are concerned.
[/ QUOTE ]
This is indeed true. Deliberately BYPASSING the filter using l33t speak and the like is most definately actionable.
Of course typos and the like happen, which is why the filter is there. I still get ribbed for after getting the power "chum spray" in the SG channel joking about "sprays chum over <character>"
I managed to drop the letter "h" and cause much amusement for the folks who have the filter off. -
All the Strike forces are signature and spawn at the cap
The respec trials spawn according to the highest team member -
Did you miss my saying they dont stack from the same caster ?
Check out the powers on redtomax, the mechanics are exactly as described.
http://www.redtomax.com/data/powers/...eased_Damage_5
DMG(All Types) 0.03000 (Melee_Ones) for 10.75s [Ignores Enhancements & Buffs] [Non-resistable]
Effect does not stack from same caster
