Uniting the City of Heroes universe enables the development team to focus on other features slated to come in future installments. Improvements to Supergroup Bases and raids, an offline character reward system, and the previously revealed Mission Maker are just some of the systems that will see the benefits of a unified City of Heroes game.

As i said in the other thread about this, i think the bolded part is new. We were told that I13 would contain improvements for bases and also about the PGC stuff, but I don't think I have heard any mention of an offline reward system.
Could we get some official clarification/hints/haikus, please?
Thanks

I'm not asking for hints, but that one jumped out at me also.

Now that the latest Fanzine is out, I can finally show some closeups of the piece. It's all Poser and post-work.

I like it, but the post is a bit off. BABs should be looking a bit more be to the left, like slightly towards his left shoulder...and maybe a bit upwards.
Then I think it'd be perfect.

Maybe he could do something for your "private collection" BAB. -
Funny that you ended up capturing a bug for this video. Good job on the TF!

The case is that the trial is an experiment often the first impression is that is ... many people like me for example learn to play with the first trials to then improve the game, if you block things crucial to the learning of the game such as chat rooms and so ... they pay the new players will join in the game ... from flying by me left 3 day trial so it had the same opportunities that they pay is.

I'm sorry for being mean, but um...seriously? How can anyone even understand what in the world you're saying?!?

Good stuff in that interviewAlthough there's not a lot of new news, the "branching content" quip is interesting for possibilities with future missions.
Edit: I think they reversed the quips for Bane Spiders and Crab Spiders.

Ditto on both points.
(I hate to be too critical, but this article is one of the most poorly written I've seen in some time.)
The "No comment" section of the article is worth mentioning. I know the devs are concentrating on the storylines and systems of upcoming expansions, but it would be an outstanding QoL adjustment to see the "branching" system applied to old content. It would make a huge impact on veterans and newcomers. I would love to see a team put together for the sole purpose of accomplishing that goal.
Devs, please consider it as a project simliar in importance and release to the issue dubbed "11.5". In other words, it can be something that gets added to the game outside of a major expansion, even though it will impact the entire game greatly, like Combat Attributes. If a team was assigned to this task exclusively, it would not get in the way of pushing the new content live as much as trying to do it alongside the newer content.
Please consider this. Thank you for all you are doing to make the game better for all of us. -

<--Impressed with the thought that apparently went into this. Great implementation. Vet status is an excellent aspect of this new feature.

Wow. Scheduling it out for the rest of the year.
DDDDDOOOOOOOOMMMMM? -
Am I missing something or did they only add the one mission per side that is connected to an event that less than 1% of the players attended? No new badges? No new temps?
If that's the case next time, just tell us when it's coming. Don't act like it's a big deal. Just say, "It'll start on VDay," and flip the switch when it's time.
This "event" has more to do with marketing the not-so-special items pack than it does with anything else. If somehow something else is going to happen, I apologize. If not, this event is meaningless for people who have been here for one already. -

Maybe this hasn't been posted yet. I haven't made it through the entire thread.
The wedding coordinator's name is an anagram of Stamen Lover.
A wedding coordinator who's into flowers, go figure. :-p -

Arcanaville has hinted at the Moon or Rikti Home World zone(s) coming soon. It's in the "Issue 12 with a whisper..." thread.

I did?

Apparently it wasn't that thread. I just looked through the entire thread, ugh. You did make a Star Trek reference in a recent thread. Several people thought you meant having a holodeck in bases, but that seems fairly pointless. I thought you were hinting at some sort of space zone. I know you couldn't say anything even if you did know, though. -

I know the farmers are more annoying to some, but they stay fairly low-profile, if you consider how many of them are actually around.
I saw the sign. "They are everywhere!"
