The op's hero does seem to be a full on scioipath, if not a true psycopath, with out a concience entirely.

thats generally called being a scoiopath, and generally they are not very plesant people, so Evil? not strictly speaking, but selfish and dangerous? yes, very.

p.s. for me for some one to be evil they have to be sane, and do that thing anyway becuase they think it was the rightthing to do, it this was your intent in the first post, then he is evil yes.

part of point is Fire you could be, you above lvl 10, which is the only requirement to start an SG in this game, it's an extended friends list, or was till the introduction of bases, people use these thing in their own way as they did not have ramifications for Rp other than what people wanted it to have.
the game is so open that these things have only a small impact (my SG on Union is purely to stop the blind SG invites)

so it's only your opinion as an RPer that matters, not that your in an SG, or even the head of it, which is part of what the OP is missing.

to be honest RE, as someone who does know all the details, and isent part of the "RP Mafia" (as i have only been at the is acouple of months) your not well enough informed to make that judgement, some of the posts were harsh, but apologies have been given, and it all passed under the bridge.

if we can find some quite out of the way place to do this we are lucky, trying to claim an area would be tantmount to asking for greif in this game, most are good folks and don't really care what people are doing as long as it doesent affect others, but this would.

basicly a night club based on a warehouse map, the new one is in a paocket Dimension, and very very cool; transparent floor, windows!! heroes and villians both can get in

looks like this is a moot point, the new PDP will allow this to happen, and is very accessable
