ok, first things first.

the invul passives only need three slots, ever.

two, they are very weak on the scrapper secondary, instead of resist elements get unyeilding, temp invul need to be in there too so get rid of steath for now, those two toggle will give you much more resistance, and kncokback and mezz protection.

also, get rid of kick for now and get stamina. as you will have a few end issues otherwise.

Being in this situation a lot (what can i say, female toons look good) i tend to avoid Rping in that are just out for the Xp, i also tend to quit those teams though.

i have an SG that all like to build the Chars of the toons they have created to a degree, so a bit of IC stuff is always a giggle, though it helps that we have the OOC knowledge that its Just a way to make the game more fun, rather than to be uber serious or to trick or embarrass anyone.

it's a fine line to walk, but i think i would do A) then B) if it was starting to get out of hand in any way, so he can get out of it with out looking like to much of a Burk.

i don't use anything my self, having no thumbs at all (apprently) i suck big time, and don't have the displine to practice everyday.

Watch this video of Hawk (artist of Apple geeks) colouring using photo shop (could be wrong) i think there is a hell of a lot of skill in colouring sill, as others have said, it's jsut how flexable you are with the digital medium.

well, one, if your playing CoH currently, you have all the data for bases, it's an account thing so for about 17 quid, you can get base access, and extra months subs, and all the extra villain costume pieces and four extra slots for chars.

it doesn't seem that bigger deal to me, but then i know what a disappointment bases are, there is not really a lot you can do with them creatively (though a few people make a damn good fist of it) and everything (yes even the new stuff, which is a rather pathetic offering in my view, seems like to much of a quick fix rather than the overhaul bases need) is massive over priced and the salvage stuff is horrible to try to build as it need salvage and lots of inf, and you have no idea what they look like till you've built it.

i think there are bigger problems than that you have to buy a cheap expansion to get access (though it would be fairer if this applied to both heroes and villains, own one, no bases)
