To be honest at a guess I'd say your ISP is having trouble serving the pages.

Or you could try Opera and set the "User Mode" and "No Images" options on the View Bar. Might be useful if static.ncsoft.com is the image and CSS content server (User Mode means Opera won't look-up / use the CSS sheet and "No Images" means it won't try and retrieve any images on the page).

At least then you might be able to get onto some version of the site.

I liked the captain Dynamic series. But it is less funny now that farmers found how to farm missions. It also proves the need for a more diverse rating system.

Level Range. For the love of all that's holy please let us search for missions within a suitable level range. As well as screening out AVs and /or EBs if we want (I'm tired of running across EBs with annoying Tier 9s)

I had the same thought last night. Not for i15 itself but for the pre-i15 / 5 year anniversery build-up.

If it's hordes of Nazi's rappelling from ships or emerging from the ground I'm out there and then. I liked the Rikti raids but thought the zombie ones were a bit random and useless (and way too hard) with truely horrible Elite Bosses (did someone raid old cheesy 90s RPGs to make those models)

The Controller additions are all great though. Frost Breath is a fairly decent cone which adds even more AOE to my Illusion/Storm, Seismic Smash is excellent altogether (it's like Castle was looking at my Fire/Rad scraptroller and said "How can we make him even scrappier?") and the Power Blast cone thing, while not the strongest, makes Primal a perfect choice for my Grav/TA. They even changed the Knockback to Knockdown on it.

Aye, my Warshade squees with joy if a Forcefield Defender joins the team. Mmmm. Insanely stacked defenses. I'll just float up here and aggro the map.

I'll also squee for Cold defenders. Shields + evil debuffs. Mmmm. I'm considering making one myself because they look such fun.

My least favourite defender on my WS is a Kin oddly enough. I just don't have too much use for them. Speed Boost on my WS is a bit too much for me (most laggy character + laggy laptop + high speed != fun) and I'm perfectly capable of buffing my own damage and recovering my own End thank you

A website (probably with the Web2.0 monikor stuck on it since that's so in right now) which was fed your character details from the game. Sorta like the Badge Tracker sites, Wiki's for characters and things like that on one official website fed from the game database.

They even got as far as sticking the Options for it into the game somewhere (there's toggles to Show/Hide your details online) before it disappeared without a trace or explanation.

Personally, I suspect some kind of legal shenanigans when Cryptic sold the IP to NCSoft. IIRC, the City Vault was started before this sale, and news of it pretty much vanished after the sale... I don't think we'll EVER see it.

That's what I was just thinking, FFM could be totally right on this. Maybe someone in Cryptic had dreamed it up and part of the deal was Cryptic kept control of the prototype for future development.

It'd also explain the deafening silence over it. No-one would want to say "Sorry, that's now a feature for our upcoming rivals instead and we aren't starting the development from scratch again".

When I created an arc with normal Thorns/Nin minions, hard Dark Blast / Cold Dom minions and hard Plant/Dark Miasma Lieuts.

Nope, you're wrong. It's still in there (along with the newly added Frost Breath).

Nothing was removed from Epics when Castle went to "fix" them, thanks to some major Toy / Pram ejection posts (and rightly so, he was gonna steal my Masterminds pretty AOE attacks).
