I had a scrapper ask if there was gonna be anymore damage types in the Synapse i was running.I told him he got the pity spot

Needless to say he dropped and we continued on with our all def/troller team. He didnt even stay on so we could taunt him about how we were done with the first mission without 'damage types' .

Scrappers are such weenies.

The lands would sprout green and carbon monoxide would be drained from the air and puppies would start kicking people and rats would chase cats and your incredibly large head that youve had since you were a child will have small stones orbit it like a gigantic moon

The only bug I don't hate is the one with using any power that calls the "Smashcast" animation while you have the Nemesis staff in hand.

I dropped 30 million on a level 40 Impervium: Resistance of the Goat last night because I wanted to slot it before I did my last mission of the night.

I'm sure I could have picked it up in a day or two for 10 million, but I was in a hurry. It's things like this that keep me short of the billionaire's club. =P

Noted. As much as I can see where you are coming from, I've worked at companies where the only customer interaction is through mouthpieces and, frankly, the experience is painful and frustrating both from the consumer side and from the developer side. I vastly prefer having the freedom to address folks as myself (keeping in mind that I am a representative of the company and that certain things must, perforce, not be commented upon or certain activities undertaken.) Yes, that leads to headaches sometimes, but it also leads to our fans being able to "see behind the curtain" a lot more than other games allow -- with all that that entails, good and bad.

FWIW, I took courses in business communication and PR while in college. I *could* filter everything I say with marketing doublespeak and spin. I choose not to. Sometimes, that causes me a lot of grief from the fans, other times, I get called to the carpet by my boss. I can live with that, though, since I believe that what I am doing is overall beneficial to everyone concerned.

seeing as how you can only be phased for 30 seconds then you have a 90? second cooldown..... its not a big deal.

If you can wipe out a mission with caltrops in 30 seconds then move onto the next one in 90....... it might matter

to make things interesting for some people you need a mag 100 hold that lasts for 5 minutes with a 30 second recycle time and 100% acc plus triple scrapper single target damage + triple blaster aoe damage....and a self heal that fires even if stunned.....


Actually thats not a challenge....if you think this games too easy, go solo hami....its out there. Thats the level of unfun that Koa and Malta are.

l2p. learn to use the search function correctly. I know its hard....you actually have to open a window make a few selections and hit search....but you can do it i have faith in you

AE didnt ruin the game, but complainers like the OP sure ruin the forums.

Gravity is fine, at the bottom of the heap. Its unwieldy doesnt mesh well with itself is toolboxy without any awesome..... leave it alone otherwise the devs will make all the other sets just like it

There's a lot of anecdotal evidence on the boards that states "No one will play with me, people only want to farm."

I don't have these problems (I don't farm, not for "moral" reasons, but rather because I find it boring.)

But I rarely have trouble finding a group.

Why? Because I have friends and I belong to a supergroup.

Your RL friends may have left for their own reasons, but there are still lots of players here. There are still lots of players that will team with you and play story missions in the AE or even the regular dev content.

We have an entire forum just for supergroup recruitment.

Maybe you should jump in there and see if you can find any SG's with philosophies similar to yours.

I assure you that there are people who will play this game with you the way you want to play it.

It'll just take a little effort to find them.

But once you do, won't that be nice?

The AE farm groups will die down in a little bit. They'll always be there, but as those players get bored and move on, the rest of us will still be here, ready and willing to group with you.

Take a look at the SG forum, you'll find something. If you don't, maybe ask yourself why that is.

This is not a diffucult game. Teaming is made incredibly easy compared to other MMO's. Make your own teams if you cant find one. Sure you wont have any controllers or defenders blueside Virtue because i took all the ones available.....but theres plenty of the other 3 At's left and they can make incredible teammates. If you dont play Virtue then youve got it made with a full 5 At's.

Thats just blueside....you can make anything work redside because the At's theres are generalists.

The only limitation is you. I know, I must be a troll because the problem is you....and not everyone else. Im not a politician, Im not going to lie to your face just so you can like me.

No, it's not just Doom! This is a legitimate and real complaint and problem.

I have the same complaint. People just want to PL through AE now. Running around in a circle fighting the same enemies over and over is NOT my idea of fun. But when I put in my LFG description, and in my LFG shouts, "Not looking for farms" i still get invited to them left and right. AE HAS taken a lot of fun out of the game for me.

Ae didnt ruin your game. You let your fear of AE ruin your game. You let your inability to get out of atlas/cap, turn off broadcast and hit up server channels for teams ruin your game. Im in several sg's and I just made a new one of all rads today on virtue with people on Vu2009.

Its not rocket science. THE DEVS do not need to fix anything. l2p

Lemme guess....its usually some High level tank who forgets he needs outside help to actually clear a mission in a timely manner since they have .8 damage mod with slow recharge attacks......

People, get a team of buff/debuffers....ditch the blasters/scrappers/tanks/brutes/stalkers and goto town. You will be faster and safer. You will also feel like your contributing because you are.

Those At's i mentioned are relics of an old era......its time to move on. If you dont wanna move on, feel free to pay some idiot tank to pl you.

id skip both fire melee and stone armor..... Fire melee doesnt have enough pbaoe unlike the tank version and stone armor is slow, and very reliant on others or binds to get around (which means people will generally ask for a nerf because they are morons)

Only an idiot Rp'er or someone with much to lose would oppose a market merger.

Heroside prices are lower than Villianside prices.

Theres more on the hero market than villian market.

This belief that Villians will pay more and that we have to save them is laughable.

Really wish the anti merger and anti farmers would just quit this game now. Its the only sane solution, and they wont continue to inflict thier stupid on other people.
