Hi I am looking for a good Spines/Regen build for my lvl 50. Money is not a concern. Primary goals are solo PVE with some grouping. PVP is not a factor. I have read several of the posts and I know that recharge is the way to go but I am uncertain as to how to proceed. Several of the builds I have seen are too old (pre inherent fitness) or dont take into account the Incarnate abilities we can get know. I would like to have some defense but not so much it gimps the build.

Thanks for the input, I tried this out with a dual build and the end drain is terrible. Not to mention that it doesnt work on a lot of bosses. Archanos bosses in particular just seem to get annoyed. CC is getting the boot and I will get some hold/rchg onto suppressive instead. Oh well never know until you try.

I am currently running a DP/rad and am liking it so far but I was thinking about Suppressive Fire and Choking Cloud. I know choking cloud is mag 2 at best and suppressive fire is mag 3 according to Mids. So in combination would these two be able to lock down a boss? I know some bosses have higher mez resistance than others but is this a viable tactic against most bosses? This would mostly be for solo as in teams I dont see it working.

Sadly, yes. Deathsurge does not give a badge right now. Helped a team bring him down yesterday and no badge. A little off topic but can anyone answer this question. If two people are trying to get Gangbuster(Family Marcone boss badge), do they have to be in close proximity to each other to get credit for each kill or can they spread out and still get progress towards the badge?
