Well, I don't have any of the stats, even sent the roster to Roxy, and deleted it. So I'll nudge her and see if she'll post up what she's got on our team.

I was being sarcastic...hehe, sorry it doesn't come out in text very well. I meant that "unlike most..." I will tell you right up front that he's coming back, not like Marvel and DC where they keep trying to tell you the character is dead for good....then a year later, bring them back. i.e. Superman, Captain America, Batman, Flash (Barry Allen), etc/

Luna, I have killed characters before...lol. I even have dead characters I have stories for, and how they died. LOL. well, one in particular, my first Empath Defender, named Green Diamond, not apparantly the one running around Paragon City at the moment, but the "first" one to my knowledge. She was a college kid enrolled in a nursing program who discovered a green meteorite which gave her the ability to heal. Unfortunately she met her demise at the hands of the Circle of Thorns. She went into the Cavern of Transcendance, with a small group of heroes. Only problem was, the group was made up of a Blapper pretending to be a tank, a Defender pretending to be a blaster, and a scrapper with all of the travel powers and hardly any attacking ability. The Circle of Thorns have their essences somewhere in the depths of Oranbega, and it's said her's was the only power they captured that day they could completely understand.

For the fans of my AE missions, about the Death of Captain Power....well, it's been pushed back a few months, sorry. I know I have few fans and should do what I can to keep them loyal, but I have been pretty busy in RL and so I will therefore be pushing it back until mid September. The following part of the Saga, Resurrection of Captain Power will follow as soon as it can be completed and released. (that's right! exclusive announcement! unlike most death of comic characters, I will tell you up front, Captain Power will not stay dead, and his resurrection will be soon!)

To my few fans, and even fewer friends, thank you for your patience. =D

Hey E, I'm in for Khan. I'll either be on CP or Ms. Freedom. Kind of wait to see what we need, but I'll show up in my normal Captain Power skin and can change to tank if needed.

Oh, and will someone please post how to learn this new forum? I can't find how to put an avatar, and Roxy's isn't showing up either for that matter! lol.

OK, disreguard, it finally kicked in. But anyone know if it went down for a minute or something?

I can't get in the game, and wondered if anyone knew why? I get a black screen on the updater and it startes counting the number of connection attempts, but nothing else.

Oh, I almost forgot why I came here after reading all these posts, (had to skip half of the "is Desdemona fat" stuff)

My curiosity is will I be able to take a level 30ish hero, switch sides and become a villain, then take a Patron and obtain his powers? If I'm able to do so, could I then be able to switch back and retain the patron powers?

Edit: Or visa-versa?

The stuff this person was refering to was really old stuff from right after CoV went into open beta. I remember it, alot of it was suggestions by players, but the devs had said they had played with the idea some, but it never went very far. This was mostly stuff us players wanted to see during the open beta and closed beta. Nothing that ever went live, or went very far as far as powers go. It was mostly stuff the art department did or maybe even was simply conceptualized but never actually created.

Most of what he mentioned was speculation, from players. Not alot of it was actually mentioned by devs, the devs back then always liked to play with our heads, by asking questions and seeing what we come up with. It wasn't mean, it actually helped them create new classes for us. The one that actually went live the quickest was the Dark Melee/Dark Armor Stalker. I never did figure out why they made stalkers, but didn't make a Dark/Dark from inception.

I'm going to bow out, since it requires 8 to finish the trial, and I have to work, I cannot be certain that I can be there, fire alarms could ruin everything. Same goes for the ITF, but that's simply so I don't accidentally cause a team wipe or otherwise problematic situation. Instead I'll see all of you the night after the huge 2xXP weekend. For the Synapse TF!!! =D

Oh, and i'll be in for both, no reason to not try it again, since everyone seems to want to. But if we start failing after a few shots, I won't be able to hold my eyes open enough to just keep slogging through, so FYI, after a couple of attempts I'll be wanting to call it a night. Especially after a Respec.

Also, I think I can tank LR ok, I've done it once....wasn't pretty, but I did it. If not, I'll be glad to pound on some towers while the REAL tank works on LR.

Well, I'm out for thursday, RL crap, that's not even mine but I have to do on that night. Wanted so bad to say yes here....started typing it before I remembered my other crap I have to do. LOL. Catch ya next time then.
