I've only done the STF twice, I admit... but Aeon's cutscene was the best part of the whole thing.
That said, I've done the LRSF /many/ times, and I fully enjoy watching the cutscenes there. And in the ITF, which I've done /far/ more times than I care to think about, I still enjoy the cutscene.
They're not that long, they're cool, and they convey action that dialog alone doesn't pull off. Cutscenes are better than you. -
...So it's been over a week. Who won?
-
Blasters don't get melee sets.
I assume you mean some sort of /Dark Manipulation? If that's the case, yes, I'd like that, too. -
I really like that fire. The blurriness of it and the variant art style helps keep the focus on the character in the middle while still clearly saying that everything around him is burning.
-
They changed to that when i18 came out and they could be purchased with Hero/Villain merits. It's dumb.

I've got a Cold/Cold. I enjoy using her a lot. She does a lot of damage, and the slows really screw with her foes, though she does have the issue of drawing far more aggro than she can usually handle due to Arctic Air.
I know a Fire/Fire/Fire permadom who is completely incredible and can solo any AV except the ones that cheat like Statesman and the ones that are really resistant to fire. -
Quote:You're only judging on Justice? Screw that. What's the point of even posting here if it's not cross server? Go back to your home server forum.
Where would you suggest Judging take place? Test is an option, but it's a pain and it's randomly down a lot.
Really, if you want to complain about this costume contest being unfair to poeple not from Justice... Complain that it's unfair to newbs and people who can't afford all the boosters, too. Angel and Demon Wings, Origin Pack Auras, and plenty of other purchasable objects make more of an impact than the unlockable costume pieces.
...And yeah, I totally placed in a costume contest on Infinity yesterday with a level 4 character. The only 'unlockable' costume piece I used was the Draconic Wings, which I got easily by passing money to myself. -
...This week's content is very nice... Mmmm...

So very, very signed. I was working on a costume the other day, and I was trying to keep it three colors (generally a good idea), and so on each piece I was just constantly going back and forth between the same three colors... A swap button would've seriously helped there.

Seems to me that a Natural Manipulation set is going to need to have a mix of martial arts and toys. I'd suggest giving it attacks such as Bolas, Caltrops, and Smoke Bombs. Take 3 or 4 attacks from MA, plus Focus Chi, then add Smoke Flash, Caltrops, a Bolas attack for the T1, and maybe Blinding Powder. Maybe slide in Conserve Power somewhere.

Character's name is Saira Tariq. Keywords for poses... Relaxed, inviting, playful...
Not seen in images: She has small fangs visible when her mouth is open, and her eye color is red. -
Let me start by saying I'm a huge fan of your artwork and would love to get some images by you. Here's a few shots of my main, Yaphet Tariq. As far as personality goes, he's a powerful demon and knows it, arrogant to the extreme while always making a point to enjoy life. He's usually seen having fun, though often this fun comes at the expense of others' well being.

For looking awesome and over the top, it's hard to beat Dual Pistols.

My main bluesider is super strength and I would love this option -
Quote:I'm generally the same, though I also take hasten when I need to perma-something. Phantom Army, Domination, and Rage, for example.I only buy Hasten on characters who have it as part of their concept. That makes two so far (one of whom is a classic speedster), out of over a dozen.
...They should just take a poll and see if people want them to just eliminate the FX from Hasten altogether if they can't make it customizable. I know none of my hastened characters want it. -
I'm really enjoying your art here.... Here's a few of character pictures. Hopefully you'll enjoy them enough to draw one or more when you have time. (The demoness is my wife's character. The purple girl is a friend of ours)

First off... Professor Aiden O'Malley and his daughter/creation, C-001. She's minimum height, but the pictures don't quite match up in size, so she's a bit taller than she looks there. She's about 4 feet tall, he's just shy of 6. Father/Daughter not quite what you asked for, but I'll offer it up anyway.
And here are Yaphet and Saira Tariq. The heights are a bit off, again, Yaphet has just a few inches on Saira. She's got small horns that are a bit hard to see in that image, and they're both supposed to have the fiery halos. They're an Incubus and Succubus who have been married some 200 years, and are very much in love.
I would be absolutely delighted if you chose either (or both!) of these pairs to sketch. If you're having trouble deciding between the two, Yaphet and Saira would be preferable, but I offer both in case the father/daughter idea is more desirable for you. -
Scrapyarders and Luddites are HEROES. They're just stuck in the Rogue Isles. Scrapyarder elites are Heroes, not Archvillains. They don't do bad things to anyone who doesn't have it coming.
As for Rogues, take a look at some Goldbricker dialog. There's one line about how he was breaking into a place and this little girl got in the way and so he just turned around and left. They want to steal and get money, but they don't actually want to /hurt/ anyone. Except you. Because you're a big bad villain.
And yes, many Freakshow have gone Rogue or even full Hero. -
While obviously the idea of a full cat model with access to everything wouldn't work, I'm still holding out hopes for a build that, like the Kheldians, lets you turn into animals. Like a lion or a gorilla. And then gives you specific powers based on those animals while you're in that form.

The menders are completely untrustworthy. Hell, their leader is Nemesis.
That said, it's not exactly a painful arc. It's fun and interesting, and because Cimerora is so sparse the only real reward is being able to go on an ITF... Which I'm sure you've done far more times than you've done the entry arc. MMOs involve content that has to be done to get to other content. If you're willing to run the ITF 20 times, you should be able to run this once first.
