Camo_Fire

I bought the cheaper aluminum macbook...2.0 GHz processor, 2 GB memory, 160 GB hard drive and Nvidia GeForce 9400 M graphics, and run CoH pretty well on it. I can't say I have a lot of experience with it (this is only my second full day with it =P) but so far, I haven't found anything to complain about. If you dont mind the price ($1299), it's a great laptop.

It's about 4.5 pounds according to Apple's website, so it isn't too bad to carry around. The lightest would be the Air, which you can get refurbished for around $999, but it does have drawbacks like not having a Cd drive (you can buy one for $90ish from Apple that plugs in) and only 1 USB port, but it's worth looking into.

I also recommend taking a look at the section on Apple's website with refurbished laptops. They work just as well IMO, and you can save a lot of money.

Just out of curiosity, PW..in your opinion, what's the best thing to spend merits on for influence/merit, hero or villain at level 50? From your numbers, it looks like you get a lot off of Pool C rewards, am I right?

Works the same way as executing any power as far as I know. do the normal powexec_name Lightning Rod

Clicking that bind will make the circle thing that you use to pick the location appear without having to click the power tray.

I had thought my most recent update was on the main page, but Ex never updated it...I have an update from September 2008 just a few posts before this one, and the main page is from January. I'll work on the small changes that were pointed out and have an update soon, most likely today.

EDIT: I added in the one guide that was posted between today and my september update, but I'm having some coding issues. I also sent a message to the writer of the guide with a broken link..it appears the link he gave me no longer works either. I sent a message to Ex about all of it, and will hopefully have the first page updated soon.

I'm pretty sure it's impossible to set more than one power to auto.

Although I agree that RoF has it's issues, my personal opinion is that almost everything is dead with the use of your other powers. When I run through missions on my Fire/Ice, I don't see a time that RoF will have more than a few seconds of usage time when I'm firing off Fire Ball and Fire Breath, which kills nearly everything with Aim/BU up. That combined with using the ST attacks, and everything is dead before you have a chance to use RoF.

Bug Description: I use the arrow keys to walk instead of the normal WASD. I have noticed that while using the base editor, the arrow keys will randomly stop working to move me and I have to switch to WASD.

I'm not too good on the mechanics behind combining, but I do know that the highest you can do is a ++. Also note that you can't combine IOs.

I will try to answer your questions as well as I can..sorry if I misunderstood anything

First of all, if I say 3 dmg, that means 3 different slots with a damage enhancement in each. Same with 2 acc- that means 2 different slots with an accuracy enhancement in each. Also, you can have a maximum of 6 slots per power.

I believe in your second question you're asking about the number that appears at the bottom of the enhancement's circle? That is the level of the enhancement. It will appear in red if you are too high or too low of a level to use it. You can only use an enhancement if you are within 3 levels of the enhancement's level (for example, a level 10 can use any enhancement that is between level 7 and 13).

If you get an enhancement drop that is red and UNDER the current level of your character, sell it..there is no point in keeping it. I believe that you can not combine enhancements that are red and under your level.

Also remember that combining enhancements does not raise the level; 2 level 4 enhancements combined makes a 4+, not an 8.
