Concept:We are a Group of Time Travelers and such. But the crux of the RP is the Deciet of the Co-Founder of the Guild; Marcus Hamilton, The issues of The Leader Golden Speedster, and the Overall story of Time Traveler's Lost through time. That's awesome, but as a base designer I think I've just thought of a better way to do that. Put the tech floor vent in the ground, and the stuff that shoots up from it kinda look like floating stars.

That's a Good question.
I can't answer it, and I doubt the devs would either.
In the end it's best not to ask for the devs to change things or why bad things exist in the game.
The Fact that we have Telepads is cool enough.

In my attempt to get more people in my SG, the Guild of time Travel, I am going to hold base tours. Now what will set my base Tours apart from the other Base tours is that I want to implement NPC like characters. The idea is to make it seem like there are people running the base while the people in the base are off doing their thing. Now to do this, I need people to "Play" these characters. How this will be done is having someone Make a new Character and use a Costume I will send to you. I need people to Play: Chuck Gunner(Bartender), Marcus Hamilton(Co-Base Guild Founder), Sally Steele(Clerk), Hamilton Tresk(Lead Engineer).

Now if I can get people to play these Characters by Thursday I can start having My base Tours in Full force.
The plan for me is start having the big base Tours on Thursdays from 5pm(Eastern)-8pm(Eastern).

I'll be using Golden Speedster, lvl 50 Scrapper
