Grrr, I love CR's art and want him to stay in the contest... But then again I am always big on sticking the the rules.
Sorry CR, if it was up to me I'd give you the boot. But luckily it's not up to me.
Though this is a perfect example of why I think there should be some leeway built into the contest for contestants to perhaps skip a month or such...

But seriously, giving a heads up to a new artist (or style) that someone else wants to get art from is a better compliment than a "cool art" any day.
And it is as Bayani said, I will occasionally just surf DA via people's favorites. I'll usually start with an artist I like and check their favorites folder for more cool art. I'll then check that artist's favorites, and so on and so on... I find that browsing through the artist's favorites is more effective than another collector's as the same names keep appearing in collector's favorites. Sure, there is good reason for that but I dig finding new artists and different styles and leapfrogging artist to artist tend o show more variety... -

And meep! Can't believe I had forgotten about this... I think I first saw the post while browsing from my phone then forgot to check it out when I was on a real comp! That's fixed now though!
By no means will I offer a critique - I just ain't qualified for that. But I will say that all the arts in there look great! And when you're attending SU I'll have to drive down sometime and force you to do some arts for me in person! 2 hour drive will definitely be worth that!

Free art is nice, but Myke did ignore nearly all of my details(i sent about 10 pics of various examples ontop of the char reference) about the character and never got a sketch or ink preview. Spose i cannot really complain since it free, but Caemgen did pay for it, but maybe i'm spoiled
Ah well, I eventually want to get one of you with Fenian so I'll make sure I grab someone extra good when I get around to that!

I thinks if I can get FenFen there in time I'll bring her, she's my newest Fenian model, an elec/elec blaster... She's leveling slowly though since it's tough to solo a blaster (for me at least ..) -
I should be able to make it again... Though I'm finding it hard to imagine Fenian as a robot... Hmmmmmmmmm.

All in all though, that doesn't really take away from how much I love this finished product at all... Hell, all the original Cae stuff skipped the fur anyways... -

Just to be clear, will being on staff be required to submit articles? I assume not but *shrug*
This is pretty much what I did on a regular basis in a previous game but I am notoriously lazy and unreliable so I wouldn't want to be an official staff member... But I would love to submit an article when it struck my fancy...
