Already commented on DA but it's worth saying again - That is one great looking piece of.... errr, art!!!

Quote:See... now that is a classic case of inventing (Or rewriting) a complaint to counter and/or lumping one new issue within a slogan...
This isn't about any buffer hatred.
It's about:
((etc redacted for brevity...))
Interesting... Hmmm, let's go back and look at the original post in the thread, shall we?
Quote:Can someone please enlighten me as to why Mystic Fortune was made so I cannot reject it? Why take away the choice of the player?
I generally HATE drive-by buffers. Especially so if I'm soloing and want to gauge the performance of my toon without inspirations etc. Why would I want someone to arbitrarily place a buff on me at that point? Why can I not at least delete the power if I don't want it?
How was this change deemed an improvement?
I just got The Fool cast on me by a random player and I spent 20 minutes running around a mission like I was on crack when that was the LAST thing I wanted. Is there an option to turn those buffs off in the options menu that I missed?
Removing my right to choose if I want a 20 minute buff cast on me or not seems like a pretty invasive thing to do.
*shrug* -
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
Nope, I make fun of them as well...
I agree that it would be handy for there to be a toggle so people can refuse buffs... But that's a Dev issue, not a player issue. People doing "drive by" buffs are generally trying to be helpful, hating on them is like hating on someone because they held a door for an old lady who had her hands full of packages - That old lady may take that as a big huge insult, a sleight against her independance and/or a knock on her for being old!
I suppose one could ask each and every time before they buffed or held a door open but *sheesh* really? -
What's the level requirement anyway, if you know? I'mw ay too lazy to click my mouse 3 or 4 times to check myself...
-
I think that's the priest that put 'feel ya' into pedophelia!
-
Much better!!
As a thank you I am sending you a Shamrock Shake and some Lucky Charms! -

Sometimes your evil self is obvious - The goatee gives it away... But sometimes the changes are even more drastic!!
Seriously?? That's the other Fenian??? This ain't right!! This means war!
So yeah, we battled it out for a while but it ended in a standstill when we realized neither of us were really evil... So no what? We had to consider this...
Ok, guess the only logical thing to do was for the two of us to team up and take down the REAL evil Fenian!! We did make a good looking team...
But in the end, we had to split up and the final battle came down to the climatic, breathtaking... Chickfight!!
yeah yeah, none of the screenshots are that great... But I just had to play around and see what a male version of Fenian would look like. Thank god she doesn't wear that skimpy outfit anymore! -
-
And interesting foreshadowing of things to come at the end... -
Woot woot!!
Very cool!! Thanks LJ... I am totally loving the pose you put Fen in there. Way cool.
the only bummer is I'm at work so can only check it out via my phone right now but I can't wait to get home and check it out in it's full awesomeness... -
Quote:Not sure you are in the minority there as I certainly agree...In regards to a shopping mall, I'm sure I'm in the minority but I'd hate to see it dominated with "Hero" shops.
I like to think of the "Hero Shops" as little known out of the way places few know about (that's how I generally think of the magic shops despite the sign hanging out front) or as places where only those who know someone can actually purchase the "good stuf" (as I think about tech shops....) -
Street Signs!
You know, with like the street names on 'em?
Ok, not a building suggestions exactly but it does tie in to the creating distinct neighborhoods andimmersion themes.
Most areas would probably have normal, basic street signs but others could have some with a bit of flair on them. In my city we have an historic district with a circled A in front of all the names to signify this (it's the Allentown District) or the Old First Ward which used to be THE Irish district - it now have dual street signs, the extra with the Gaelic version of the actual name... (which is weird since some of those streets have distinctly NON Irish names!)
Plus, you could always have fun with the naming of the streets: In game references, in jokes amongst the dev's, whatever...
RP'ers would probably learn to love it. They might be annoyed if they had named a certain street something already but that's what retcon is for and one can always just claim City Hall changed the name to honor someone or such... Besides, would be very cool to be able to tell someone to meet you at the corner of Statesman blvd and Nakayama Way... -
All are very cool in their own ways but if we're having to pick favorites (are we?) I'd have to go with Dead West or Demon Trix... Both just really seem to work on the emotional level or something. *shrug*

Nice team perk... Really good artwork and nice job on the colors as well!
I give this a thumbs up! -
C'mon, ideas are a dima a million here... What if the Ritki won? What if Statesman and Recluse got each others powers? Or if States went bad and Recluse good? What if Fusionette was really a rocket scientist? What if the little asian chick (sorry, name blockage in me brain) dug the Clockwork King as much as he digs her? What if Paragon used their statue building budget to instead seal up all those pesky tunnels underneath the city?
Ok, some of the results may be a little harder to show than others but I'd love a general city scene with all the scene written in Ritki and with Ritki pedestrians just strolling by, hawking newspapers, etc...
Anyway, as for winning your way back in... Interesting decision... Though I'll personally take a pass on the attempt. I just can't afford to buy enough votes to win a month! -
99% certain I am taking off Friday night so sign me up... As long as I can figure out a way to get a hood around Caemgen's horns!

Quote:Are we sure that is a bug? What I read on Paragon Wiki says that the "clones" will appear with the players costume which they had on when they accepted the mission, as I recall...Note the two Airheads have different hair - costume-slot-zero for Airhead only shows the primary colour, not the secondary. But the bug is not there for the other costume slots, nor indeed, for clones. The support response to this bug suggested it might not qualify as particularly high priority
Also in my two, the other good Fenian had identical costume while the bad Fenian had slightly different coloring... (Orange boots, jacket...)
And yes... If it wasn't for the perverted thrill of so many Neko's, you're pic would be the best so far! It's hilarious! -
Neko - They must have had a LOT of fun!! But we need more pics of it to be sure
I could definitely see Fen having some fun with herself...
Vex - We need to run the arcs after a task force some Friday... would be great to have a full on battle royal versus our other halves! -
Ok, ok... So I'm behind on what is new, go figure. Still, I must say it was very entertaining to see myself in a mission...
Though it's also a bit disturbing to see just what Fenian did to herself...
All and all must say it's a nice new arc... Though I let the arc sit unrun for a while and made a couple of levels before getting back to it, made the whole thing really too easy but that's my fault. o.0
So... Who has some GOOD screenshots of them and their doubles?? -
C'mon, we need an amusement park... Rollercoasters, waterslides, midways, carnies running the controls and freakshow stealing kids cotton candy and balloons!!
My other suggestion is to clean up red side! Tyrants always have the trains running on time and the streets litter free... It's the whole hid the corruption under the seeming tranquility bit... A huge part of why I never get far trying to play redside is that it's just too dirty to bother with. Give me clean streets, roads and stuff worth destroying!
