I'd suggest going through there and finding the ones that best fit the style your looking for rather than asking them to approach you as not every artist here neccessarily reads every thread and thus the one that may be perfect for you may not read this

I think this is one of those questions whose answer is It Depends...

On who the artist was (some are faster than others)
On how detailed the art and colors are (toonish or realistic)

And probably several other things I don't know of...

Only thing I don't like about the change is the emblem... Not the emblem choice but rather that the gray part cannot be transparent and let the armor show through. It would look much better that way but that's a costume piece issue not a design issue...
