Personally, I find scrappers boring and kinda weak, but after teaming a bs/inv scrapper a little while ago.. O_O
He outdamaged me, now that kinda got me in the mood to make a scrapper, but it wasn't enough. Now I feel like making a scrapper but also I don't want to so I was hoping, can somebody maybe try to convince me to make one? -
RIP D
Do try to make sure you watch and maybe post on our own Personal forum.
I amjust glad I got to team with you before you went off, toodle pip mate. -
Wow, cool, good piece of work there, well done! Got any more?
-
COOL!
edit: this is the first time I have said COOL! in capitals.. -
Lukeryo lifts his head from the bucket, "Don't worry, this is normal, sometimes." Then he puts his head back in a is sick a few times, then looks back up, "I know I should test my devices on things other then myself, but I was sure I had i-" Lukeryo is sick, again, but on the wall on the other side of the room. "Could be worse, could be coming from the other end."
-
Lukeryo's watch bleeps, "Right, off to tech." He then gets up and runs to a tech and robotics lab, while at the same time unloading his pockets and quickly putting together a few small bundles of metal and wires. Lukeryo opens the door of the T&R room, only to drop one of his devices onto the ground, then with a loud thud then a small explosion the same size as a party popper, Lukeryo picks up the device and goes in.
-
Lukeryo yawns, then looks around the music room, "I don't use instruments, only my voice."
((edited due to not being able to read)) -
Lukeryo shrugs, "Well then, I am glad I'm not the only one. When I said I think alot, I just mean I am good with technology and computers." Lukeryo lifts up the small ball from the table and puts the plates back on and throws it into the air, where it stays, levitating, "Got the idea this morning, took a little searching for the parts but it works." Lukeryo sighs, then looks at the ground and sit a few chairs away from Vincent and pulls a screwed up piece of paper from his pocket, flattens it out as best he can and begins to read.
-
Lukeryo yawns as he takes his hand out of his pocket and puts his normal glasses back on, he then looks around the room and thinks *table table where be a table*. Lukeryo walks over to a table with several small instruments on it, including a clarinet reed and a triangle. He moves the stuff out of the way then puts a small ball onto the table and begins to take it apart, revealing a few wires. Lukeryo inserts a few small bulbs then disconnects some of the wires then continued to put in a small battery.
Lukeryo looks up at the other student in the corner reading what he thought was a music sheet. "Anyway, since we are both here in this school, what can you do? I just think, alot." -
Lukeryo puts on some dark glasses with the right eye having red glass, then he put his right hand into his pocket, shortly followed by a slightly clicking noise coming from his trousers. Lukeryo looks up and mumbles, "err hello.."
-
Lukeryo stands in the corner of the music room and begins looking through a small book he pulled out of his pocket, which had the title *how to remember stuff*.
Lukeryo looks up from the book and looks to see how many people there were, "Let's see.. One.."
He continued to read his book. -
Still breathin heavily, Lukeryo opens the music room's door and sings at the top of his voice, "OH WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MOR.. Oh, ello."
-
Lukeryo stood up from the computer he had been working from and put a few floppy disks into a case when his watch bleeped, he then ran to the door and down the hall, blocking all thoughts and sounds out of his mind, all he had to do was be on time. Lukeryo put his hand against the wall next to the music room's door, breathing heavily, he said quietly to himself, "Need to do more P.E."
-
The sound of clicking can usually be heard coming from computer room, but it always could be heard at its loudest in the corner furthest from the door. "Four kilobytes, not enough.."
((I was just reading on the original thread and saw something about enrolling, did I have to post about who I am there like a warning signal?))

Greeting comrade. Debroan the mad ready and waiting.

now my computer is back up and running, i have more suggestions. first of all, a continuation of a suggestion which is a bit further up the page.
Master Moves cont.
more suggestions of master moves that I think would work.
Controller:
Earth controll: Stalagmite explosion: you make a giant stalagmite rock burst from the ground causing a localised AoE which knocks enemies back, stun them and cause a large amount of damage. this power has a 40% chance to cause a lava flow to come from the ground to cause a high amount of DoT damage to all foes in the area; recharge: very long; damage: extreme/annihilate
Illusion controll: Replication: for every member on your team you summon three phantoms which lasts for 30 seconds. They do the same damage as normal phantoms but they can also confuse enemies by looking like members of the team; recharge: very very long
Defender:
Force field: Fortress force field: You create a force field around yourself which makes you completely invulnerable against all attacks, but you can only effect yourself and you cannot be healed/buffed by team-mates. When the FFF is turned off, it explodes leaving you with 25% of your health and causing damage to all enemies nearby; recharge: very very long; damage: annihilate
Kenetics: Reactor: When you use this power on a team-mate, a buff is sent from them which is based on their archetype. The buff also effects enemies in a negative way, for example;
Buff a blaster and; Team-mates get a damage buff like fulcrum shift; Enemies get hit with a large amount of energy/lethal damage.
Buff a tanker and; Team-mates get a defence/resistance buff like unslotted granite armour; Enemies get a defence/resistance deuff so every attack done to them will hit and will do 175% extra damage.
Buff a controller and; Team-mates get a resistance to being held/slept/knockback/up/down/stun/slow; Enemies are held and when the hold wares off they have a 50% debuff on running and recharge speed.
recharge: very very long
I cannot think of anything for a scrapper, sorry.
Tanker:
Ice armour: Ice titan: You surround yourself in several metres of ice causing you to dramatically grow in size. you gain protection against all secondary effects and you get a damage buff of 100% for normal attacks but a buff of 140% for cold damage based attacks. Due to your great size and weight, you are slowed but when you walk a PBAoE knockdown power is activated so all enemies around you are knocked over, but only when walking; recharge: very long
well my mind has stopped, to bed now, toodle pip. -
Great story, just one slight problem. There's this bit just after the middle while made my head explode, you know, when David is talking with his sister?
Encore! -
Wow, very nicely done, great pictures! It's amasing what people can do when they get bored
More I say! -
OK, I have bought my first set of Warhammer 40k models, which are three space marines and now I can totally see what you mean with this SG
So far It has taken me a couple of hours to paint them and if I can sneak downstairs tonight () then they will be finished
All that fun for only 20 quid (I didn't have any equipment, hence the price). -

commander beet, your thread here has convinced me that your brain is haemoraging thoughts directly out onto your keyboard. You're nuts!
I really like the idea about the epic travel powers
[/ QUOTE ]
gotta agree with ya there
well heres another idea.
pocket D "phenomena". Basically, random events that happen only in pocket D, and some odd things that could also happen. here are a few suggestions about pocket D "phenomena":
inspirations: inspirations have the opposite effect, like awakens make you defeated, respites cause damage to you, break frees make you held ect.
jumping: how about, when you jump you have a 5% chance to jump onto the ceiling so that instead of walking on the ground, you walk on the ceiling and to go back you would have to jump untill it happens again. dont know if this would work but it would be fun
powers: attacking powers would work, but would not effect whoever you used the power on in any way, shape or form. you would only be able to attack people if you are in the opposite base in pocket D (if a hero is on the villains side, then the villains can attack the heroes but not hurt/debuff them)
Thats all I have now. -
thanks to everyone for their positive comments, and im thinking about the negative ones (
) anyway, still more ideas..
new special event (like GM spawning, steel canyon fires ect.) RAMPAGE
with the introduction of mayhem missions coming to CoV in I7, I think I have the hero version.
At random times every month, every single hero gets a call out to be asked to help a small village/large city just outside of paragon who are in dire need of heroes. All that accept the mission would be put down to save the village/city in one hours time of when they were asked. Everybody who accepted the offer are put into one giant team, so that everyone will share the XP.
The villages/cities you have to save are chosen depending on how many people decided to come. if its 1-25 its a small village, 26-40 people its a large village, 41-60 people its a small city (as big as Atlas Park), 61-80 its a medium city (as big as Steel Canyon), 81+ its a large city (a city as big as Independence Port).
Every spawn shows as a GM to everybody, but their base level is equivelent to the part of the zone they are in. The more south-west of the zone you are, the lower the mobs. Every spawn around the zone are attacking everything, trying to destroy buildings/other, and you have to defeat the mobs before 75% of the zone is destroyed. if there are more then 50 people saving the city, then an AV/GM will spawn somewhere. they have the ability to one-hit everything accept for buildings.
Everybody gets XP if anybody defeats a mob, but the XP gained is scaled down with the level. Everybody gets their level X 4 for minions, X 7 for leuitenants, X 13 for bosses, X 21 for elite-bosses and X 500 for an AV/GM.
the mission is completed when every mob on the map is defeated. If you are defeated in combat though, you are teleported to a hospital IN the zone, but, if the hospital is destroyed by villains, then if you are defeated, you will be teleported back to Paragon city and you will not be able to go back. Also, if you are in the hospital at the time of it being destroyed, then you are instantly defeated.
The reward for doing these are a badge every 5 missions called "Saver of cities" or "Saviour of villages", then its "Saver of countless cities" or "Saviour of countless villages".
At some points, you may have to defend somewhere in Paragon city. In these missions, you get a badge if the mission is completed called "Key to the city".
Unfortunatly my brain has just faded away, so I guess thats it. -
tyranids could be an evolved version of the rikti, who were sent into space somehow?
