  1. The Bartender quickly ran to 'Liz, doing a little bow with a sly smile to welcome her, "It's an honor Countess." He listened to her words and looked at the list, nodding. "Think we have all this in stock, will go and talk to the guys 'round the back." he spun on the spot without moving his legs, clicking his fingers at the gloves, spurring them into action to make the drinks ordered. He walked towards the wall, disappearing in another cloud of smoke.
  2. The barman took one step, disappearing in a cloud of smoke and appearing behind part of the bar closest to Ravenna, "Ten dollars and it's yours, will even have one of the lads carry it for you." Hearing another customer the other side of the bar call for him he took off his blood red gloves, both filling out from an invisible force then levitating over to the customer, serving his drink and any others that come in.
  3. The barman gave Sanguine her drink, "Yeah, idiot thought he'd try and rob the place." Grabbing the dead man's legs he dragged him out the back, quickly getting back, licking some excess blood from his fingers.

    The basic idea is a bar in every zone which is there for the special needs of supernatural creatures, meaning they sell blood, brains and bodyparts as well as the usuals you'd find in a bar ))

    Stumbling down the street, a lone drunkard in St Martial who had just lost his life savings at the Golden Giza was looking for something.. Someone, anyone. He stumbled along, occasionally leaning on a street lamp or wall to throw up, eventually stopping at a building with a big flashing sign. He couldn't make it all out, but he saw the word 'Bar' and immediately threw the door open and slurred himself inside.

    With the old looking tables, chairs and wall decorations the place could be mistaken for a gothic mansion. The room was large, with a few curtained off areas. The walls were blood red, the floor looked like it had a black carpet, but in his drunken stupor he couldn't really tell. He saw the bar, with a single barman, he has short black hair, a nose piercing and what looked like a heavy metal T-shirt, he couldn't quite make out who.

    He practically ran up to the bar, the barman smiling, "Hey, what can I get you sir? Barf bag?" The drunkard wasn't in the mood for jokes however, pulling out a gun and aiming it at the barman's head. "Gimme a bottle of whiskey and all your money, now!" The barman simply kept his smile.

    "Look man, put that thing away, you don't need it anyway, your breath could knock someone out at a hundred paces." The would-be robber's face went red with anger, his finger tightened on the trigger but before he could fire he was pulled behind the bar, the gun thrown out of his hand and a horrific pain in his neck. The barman pulled him to the ground behind the bar, the occasional blood splatter or gurgle coming from them.

    He got up, wiping blood from his mouth as more trickled down his neck and front. Grabbing a nearby blood stained rag he cleaned himself up, waiting for another customer.
  5. Had a though over this and came up with a Perma-Elude but on a budget build, kept the I13 changes in mind while putting together.

  7. AR/En can do some of the best AoE damage of any Blaster. Power Boost, Boost Range, Flamethrower then Full Auto and there'll be nothing left, maybe a Slug for a boss or M30 if you missed one or two. I'd suggest getting Energy Punch and Bone Smasher for quick melee damage if they get too close, and as said Power Thrust on auto will work well too.

    Not sure on Ignite personally, not very useful when soloing tbh and in teams things usually go too quickly to use it effectively (unless duod with a Controller ), but on the bright side it can do insane.. No, Godly damage against EBs/AVs if they can be immobed.

  9. He continued to grumble to himself, "Thanks for the help." Ef closed his eyes, his body disappeared into a black mist, reappearing stood up fully clothed. He picked up his weapons and put them up his sleeves and down his top, then chased after the urn, quickly putting it away.

    He joined Calm with helping the hostages, passing her cape back.
  10. Ef started to go into the fetal position, his muscles regaining their form and his skin slowly patched itself up. He opened his eyes and look at Calm, then quickly covered himself up, his clothes reduced to scraps from the flames. Taking a few deep breaths, then coughing up a little blood, he grumbled, "Stiluhminterhmphjuries..."
  11. Bodyguard mode is on soon as you summon your henchies, if you give them no commands you'll stay in BG, in which case you either use a debuff or attack to pull enemies to their quick death (that's if you're ranged based, just run in if you're mostly a melee/PBAoE based MM)

    Okay, ideas for a storyline.. Ideas... Hmm... Aha!

    Sky Raiders attack Oranbega to steal magical relics from the Circle of Thorns, but the attack's been tipped off to the contact, so you have to go and arrest the Sky Raiders and ambushes from the Circle of Thorns.

    Meanwhile, another team is sent to another, totally unrelated Warriors hideout, but upon arriving discover that they're under attack by a group of Tsoo, cue it becoming a defeat all where Tsoo and Warriors are fighting.

    Whilst this happens, another team (going by three teams at once) are sent to clear out what is believed to be a new Devouring Earth den, but when you get there it's actually a raid from the Devouring Earth against the Banished Pantheon, meaning you go around rescuing allied BP Shamans.

    At the end of each mission everyone will get a clue revealing that one of the villains who were in charge of the attacks were infact Nemesis robots.

    Second and third missions would involve each team then taking on a defeat all of the attackers from each mission (Sky Raiders, Warriors and Devouring Earth) where the third would have an EB at the end then an ambush from a Fake Nemesis and troops.

    The Fake Nemesis' would then tell you the cunning plan, as if they've already won, leading to the final mission. You're sent to an outdoor instance of the Atlas Plaza from the contact about supposed Nemesis troop sightings. Once there and under the Atlas Statue there will be a cutscene of a very large Nemesis AV infront of the City Hall's doors, saying something along the lines of "Hah, foolish heroes, you fell into my trap! I had to get Paragon's finest in one place just so I could do this!" cue an explosion inside the zone causing 1k untyped damage to all Heroes on the map.

    After the cutscene an ambush of heavily armoured, armed to the teeth EB Sky Skiffs will fly down from the sky and attack, followed by a very large group of Captain bosses teleporting in.

    After 5 minutes of the Sky Raiders being there, an ambush of Devouring Earth will erupt from the small pieces of grassland around the plaza, think a horde of Razorvines springing up then running to the statue. Shortly after they have spawned, groups of EB level Granites will pull themselves from the ground and a huge swarm of Swarms will fall from the skies.

    10 minutes after they have spawned, a huge group of Warriors of all types, lead by an AV of Heracles. Just think an army/wall of Warriors charging towards the Plaza with their weapons drawn.

    All the while the Nemesis AV will have an untouchable PFF on. Once all of the enemies have been defeated, another cutscene will occur, showing Nemesis running down the steps then drawing what looks like a cross between a bazooka and a Nemesis staff, then saying something like "You think you have won!? Think again!". Now you have to fight him.

    His melee attacks would be Foot Stomp and Kick and as for ranged attacks, Disintegration Beam, which would do say 600 untyped damage in a very long ranged cone and Obliteration Beam, which would do 1k+ ST damage and very high mag knockback (enough to get through most toggles + buffs). At 50% and 25% health, would turn on the PFF and at 10% would call in an ambush of Fake Nemesis'.

    Yeah, long idea, but I was bored and it seemed like a good idea at the time
  13. As the fires went out, Ef's charred remains could be seen. Around him lay several blackened daggers and an urn which was slowly rolling away. His blackened remains smoked, no signs of life could be seen or heard, to anyone who checked, he was clinically dead.

  15. Ef watched Mr Maniacal as he fell backwards, then dived for cover from the incoming flames, but not fast enough, he was set alight, falling to the ground in a lump. Just above the flames he could be heard saying "Oh damn not aga-aaa, aargh!"

    He laid there unmoving, the flames covering his whole body, were he normal he would have died, but a few grunts and groans came from him while his flesh burnt away.
  16. Last I heard the CoP is being fixed and will be in I14. As for the OP's suggestion, completely agreed, need more events/instances in-game which can be done on a truly epic scale.
  17. Ef was winded and knocked back by the bubble's force, looking at Dr Mechano, then to Mr Maniacal as he stabbed Holly. He pushed each of his shoulders back, a click came from under his clothing as two shurikens folded down into his hands, letting him cut himself free of the binds. Within a heartbeat, he threw the blades with deadly accuracy at Maniacal's throat, he didn't want the villain to get away alive.
  18. When the storm finally ended, squads of PPD and Longbow entered the area followed by several ambulances with teams of paramedics. The Longbow spread out, searching wreckages and buildings while PPD interviewed heroes and citizens in the area. Two used body bags could be seen taken out of a nearby building and put into an ambulance.

    A Paragon News van sped through the streets to the scene, recording what they could before being stopped by a PPD officer.

    Unfortunately, whilst the mass chaos and destruction was underway, a silent villain was completing his diabolical scheme on the far side of the city, technical equipment and supplies from the University had been stolen without without a trace of any breaking and entering or witnesses.

  19. Ef sat there, looking angrily at Mr Maniacal. He knew he could get free if he wanted, but his previous attempt didn't go as planned. He had to get it right, so he just sat there.

    Then the dark energy entered the room, he felt his own abilities strengthen, his eyes going black and the shadowy aura surrounding him, he got ready to pounce when needed.
  20. Ef accepted being taped up, grinning a little under his mask, "Sure, no tricks." With his arms behind his back and his mouth now being taped up the mist around him started to fade, his expression suprisingly calm.

Take me instead of the girl, leave her alive an' healthy and do what ya want wi' me. Heck, take me wi' you when you cunningly escape, I don' care."

    Ef looked at the Nurse, grumbling under his breath.
  22. Ef aimed his shot well, firing at Mr Maniacal's right leg, his abilities keeping the psychic callout out of his head. He then fell backwards, disappearing into the beam, reappearing next to the hostages on the floor as a fine smokey cloud, one hand going out to grab the injured hostage to get him out of the warehouse.
  23. Efranof hopped from beam to beam, peeking into the room below now and again, then he heard the crash. He ran, still holding the gun in one hand. He looked through a small crack in the roof to see Mr Maniacal bind the Hero. Aiming and waiting for him to move away from the hostages, he waited for a good oppertunity to fire a killing shot.
  24. Around the back of the warehouse, Ef had found another way in, albeit a few things had been broken to gain access. He crept along a narrow beam in the roof of the warehouse, now grabbing a gun, listening for any sign of Mr Maniacal.
  25. Ef pulled a grenade from his top and just threw it into the group of gang members, turning around and walking out as it went off.

    He looked around to the Heroes and fell into the ground as a black mist, in the distance he could be seen jumping from rooftop to rooftop, cursing loudly.
