About 95m on Darvek, got lucky with a couple of IO drops. Down to about 15-20m now after IOing a few chars up
-
Tis a confirmed feature, can't remember the quote but it was said by one of the official peoples on the US forums that the reason the Mission Architect was moved from I13 to being I14 was to add custom Bosses/EBs/AVs, so that the general population would be happy with it.
-
There was an extra forum section before it went, so it might be a temporary glitch due to forum tampering, hopefully

Here's a build I quickly made in Mids, one's with SOs (since you just returned) and the other's with IOs for when/if you get to learning about the system. Slotting's for a full level 50 build, only 3 enhancements on the same kind count, any more and you get very small returns from it (incase you're not familiar with the change, ED) and till you're high enough to get 50+ SOs I suggest slotting however you feel depending on how the build plays at that level.

With the IO build, you can start slotting from level 35+, but if you have the money the difference between level 35 and 50 IOs can be noticable and worth it.

Ah my fault, couldn't really remember.
Back on topic, more dance animations'd be great. Had the robot added not long ago, so maybe there will be more in the works? (Maybe thriller/monster mash in the next booster pack)

It's our dimension's one, there was a superhero ladies night in Pocket D - Linky (top far right comic).

Well.. Actually.. -
(( Seeing as the last thread was ignored, lets just imagine it never happened and cut strait to the event ))
10th March, 7pm Skyway City
An old apartment building had become the home of panic as an unsuspecting citizen had found what appeared to be an explosive attached to the main door. The bomb squad had been called to the scene and the device had been looked over revealing multiple mephods for it to detonate. If it were moved, it would explode, if the timer reached 0, it would explode. If the device were to move at over 5 miles per hour, it would explode.
Several Heroes had entered the scene, a crowd was starting to gather as the timer has started to count down the final minute. Two explosives experts were huddled around the detonator, talking between them and slowly dismantling the weapon. When one finally cut a wire, the timer froze at 0031, a sigh of relief chorused through the professionals.. Before the timer activated again at 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
Nearby bins opened up and threw dollar bills into the air, a piece of paper rolled out of the fake explosive.
'Enjoy the money!' was scrawled across it in thick green ink.
Meanwhile, in Steel Canyon, a similar device had been left unattended. Letter boxes, fire hydrants and dumpsters had suddenly erupted, throwing money into the air all around east of the area. Great masses of people rushed from their homes, Villains joining in and Heroes trying to stop them.
Across Paragon, each PPD station received a video thrown from a mysterious man on a motor cycle. Each video was wrapped in brown paper with the words 'To Paragon' written on the side in thick green ink.
(( Video info and next stage will come after a few posts. Main points of interest are the surges of money throughout Skyway and Steel, if your character is a member of PPD then go ahead and RP about the deliveries. )) -
Beet deactivated his cloaking device, appearing infront of the portal. He looked around it and walked through it after HK's statement.
-
For a CP replacement, maybe another +recharge? From memory, there're set-based powers for just about every power pool power, but isn't one for Hasten (self clicky +recharge). Maybe a clicky +100% recharge, +30% runspeed (or 30% recover?) for 30-90 seconds on a 300-500 second recharge?
imo some sort of Power Boost variant could work depending on what it'd boost, could make it like Fire Armour and turn it into a +dam (100% Energy, 60% Negative, 80% everything else) +End Drain/Recovery, possible a little bit of +recharge? -
This is the worst news I've heard all day.
Okay it isn't, but we'll miss you mate, toodle pip and see ya later. -
The Freakshow hideout/office map, it's veeery nice and will fit in with so many ideas.
-
Always liked the idea of Grounded giving +Regen, and giving Power Sink the same treatment as EA's would also help.
IMO Grounded could also increase max health, but only when on the ground. Perhaps make Grounded increase max health and, when shields are active, increase regen depending on how many shields are on. Say each shield gives 50-70% +regen, with all active that's 150-210% +regen along with the +health but only when you're on the ground. -
After working it out, about £500 (rough estimate). Including new graphics card/s, new computer/s.. Well, it's alot, okay?
£1050ish -
I saw an interview with Jack Emmert on TV, after hearing about it I was already sold so went out looking for it, only to discover my PC wasn't good enough to run the game
I saved up for a new graphics card then found out it had just been released in the EU a month or so beforehand. Eventually got enough money to upgrade the computer and buy it then things got better so could keep the sub going.
Two new computers, 4 graphics cards and about 3 1/2 years later I'm posting in this thread. -
That's partly why the system had been taken out of I13 and turned into I14, so that players could create their Hero or Villain and put them into the missions. Also another reason why there's a save/load costume option ingame.

Just because you're 48 months doesn't mean you deserve an answer. Anyway, here it is. No.

(( First part in Talos is just a bit of story before later occurings, until specified it's off limits to RP with. Till then, let the fun begin. ))
18th Feb, 8:26am Talos Island.
A spurr of activity surrounded the warehouses in the East of the Talos Island area. Moving vans pulled up outside warehouse 2B, large pieces of equipment were being unloaded along with normal furniture and household accessories. To a passer by, it'd look like a new shipment of equipment for whatever company owned the area.
Meanwhile, in Independence Port, a small dingy slowly made it's way to the side of a freighter, with only one person visible on the craft. At Deimos Innovations a new stock of adrenalin shots were being delivered, the delivery man being different to the usual. At Valor Bridge, a lowly thug had put down a briefcase at one of the main support pillars, the fourth one placed that morning..
Reports came in of a body being found near the train station and that a suspect had been seen running south towards Icon, the call went out on Police Band Radios that they were believed to be superpowered and Hero support may be needed, a Longbow squad had been sent already. -
Think everything you listed there happened last time (except for the mud wrestling, but there was superhero sumo).
We need a huge delivery of pizza again to keep us going though. -
I'll bring pizzas, but they might not make the trip. To the car.
-
Using the powers of deduction and common sense, one of the stations are going to be here and these buildings are soon to be demolished.
Thus, for the act of science, I am going to log out a flying char aroundabout where it'll be in hopes to log on already in there and ready to make missions. Yay.
Edit:

Also LOL.
I'd love to see that show. Angsty teen drama (with 20-something actors) featuring everyones favourite sociopathic fish-based super villain.

Personally I was imagining Captain Mako with big curly hair solving crimes in a comical way whilst being followed by Ghost Widow. -
Can see what you were doing here so quickly made up a build in Mids. This is ideally a level 50 respec build, but you can use the power order leveling up (though neccesarily not the slots). Try and keep a good mix of damage, end reduction, recharge and accuracy in your attacks before you get SOs, if you're already over then focus on damage, end reduction and accuracy till you have your recovery powers slotted up where you can move some end reduction to recharge. You can underslot on damage (2 SOs/IOs) as a Brute as long as you can keep your fury up.

Those were the days, everything was fresh and shiny and awesome, only thing stopping you was how long the coffee lasted. Oh to unlearn the numbers and information gained these passed years would be bliss.
