The Dr. Quaterfield Task Force is a hero Task Force that is part of the Shadow Shard storyline. The Task Force is started off by Dr. Quaterfield in Firebase Zulu. Many of the missions take place in the Shard, but a few are placed in Paragon City itself. Currently the longest Task Force in the game, due to the incredible amount of traveling and "defeat all"s. -

Our Sisterhood Sunday Event this week was the Numina Task Force. As toons gathered in Founder's Falls it was looking like we would just have the one team,
but more and more Sisters and Friends began logging on and requesting spots on the task force so in the end we had a team of 8 and a team of 7.
Almost double the turn out of last week's Manticore TF.
The teams and their times are as follows:
Team #1 - Completion Time of 1 hour 56 minutes 0 seconds with a total of 41 deaths

We were having so much fun that someone suggested we run an all blaster Imperious Task Force.
Out of the team of 8 there were at least 5 blasters that had a fire powerset.
Talk about a hot time, that was one "HOT" team.

Sisterhood Sundays have returned after a brief vacation! The scheduling conflicts were just too frustrating to try and re-schedule around, so Sisterhood took some time away.
GEL decided that we would just continue to hold our Sisterhood Sunday Events at their regularly scheduled day and time even if we only have a few in attendance.
This Sunday we did the Manticore Task Force with a team of 8 in 1 hour 50 minutes and 23 seconds with only 5 deaths. Our faithful attendees were as follows:

Paul Metcalfe as Stray Cats
Night's Dawn as Imagination
Prodigal57 as Chrysalis
CamoFire as Arctic Gloom

We had several dings along the way, a few badges earned and everyone received Manticore's Associate badge for completing the Task Force.
Next week's scheduled event is the Numina Task Force on Sunday, October 3, 2010 in Founder's Falls at 12 noon PDT, 2 PM CDT, 3 PM EDT -

The Manticore Task Force is the fifth of six Freedom Phalanx Task Forces, and the completion of all six grants the Task Force Commander Badge.
This task force is also designated as a Signature Task Force. As such, missions will always spawn mobs at level 35 or higher, regardless of team members' levels.
