I had already started a thread about this exact bug. And no, it doesn't happen with all belts. So far for me it is just the Leather Studded Belt that doesn't show. -
This ended two days ago, I think. It's pointless to post new builds.

All belts are doing this if you have a jacket on.

How about a knife? Maybe a sort of more advanced Rondel? It wasn't uncommon for late medieval archers to carry daggers or knives like it.

I still say, out of all possible costume packs requested, a dinosaur themed pack remains Massive Fail.
As far as the other person nattering on about dinos everywhere having been found bristling with pinfeathers, yeah right. I'll file that right next to "I WAS KIDNAPPED BY BIGFOOT!" claims. Hope that does not sound "snobby."

Ender's Game and the series that follows it. Though It's a little on the deeper side, so it might not go with what you're asking for. It's not bad enough that it puts you in a funk, though.
I also like the Alex Rider series, though It's for a younger audience(But still an enjoyable read), but the main character gets pretty depressed in the last few books, but it only goes at face value and doesn't put you in a similar depression.
Though it's not Sci-Fi(It's more on the 'Sword' side) I recommend the Rangers Apprentice'series, but again, it's young adult fiction. But this time it's is very light, while still dealing with combat and war.(Don't judge me, YA stuff is fun-er!)
The fiction part of my little library might not be for you...
But I do recommend this stuff highly, if you run out of stuff to read. -

for Summon Tarantula I'd slot accuracy or remove the proc.
If it were my toon, I'd remove a slot from CJ and Hasten.
I'd drop Telekinetic Thrust.
Looks like a nice combo.
With you on Telekinetic, I'd recommend swapping in Mental Blast.
I also think that you should drop Shadowy Binds and put in Posses.

Am I getting Spider-Man's costume wrong in my head, or did they mess up the shoulders to gloves part? Wasn't there always a red strip from the top of his shoulders to the center-upside of his gloves? And why does Venom look like a Symbiote-Ninja?
Anyways. I thin I'll like this, but not really as something doing with Spider-Man. Like some others said, the practical Government support here just isn't him.
P.S: The Chibi-ness is a little too Teen Titans-ish, and a little too silly for Spider-Man. -
