I'd like to enter this, but I'm not sure how eligible I am.
I think having a model sheet would be helpful in future arts that I manage to win - or in the future I might someday have some extra money to spend on my own.
I have a pretty clear idea of my character concept, but the concept itself is quite fluid and might not lend itself to a model sheet very easily, unless I narrowed it down to one version to use.
But since you're the one in charge, I'll leave it up to you. -
You know what this means?
Group Hug!
If I am a winner, I permit NC Interactive, Inc. and NCsoft Europe Limited to use my name, likeness, photograph, hometown, and any comments that I may make about myself or this contest that I provide for advertising and promotional activities. I also certify that I am at least 13 years of age and am eligible to participate in this contest. -
Starting to slow down on these, running out of ideas on who to do. Just another collage to show off today.

More MA fun!
Flower Knight: The Flower Knight Task Force #260284 by PoliceWoman
Vernon Von Grun: Too Clever by Half #378944 by Samuraiko - spot on dialog from Von Grun.
And I second the Becky arcs by New Age Ronin.
And Penny Preston isn't the only teenager in the game, there's another one that's held hostage in Twilight's Son Task Force in Ouroborous. -
Looks like you're in range for Matchstick Women #3369, and it's been recently revamped.
-
<The Midnight Sentinals> would welcome this change, even if it could have been prevented by a pre-emptive spellcheck.
-
Thanks for mentioning all my arcs, even if you got the name slightly wrong on one. It's ok, so did I for a while, and it's a Dev's Choice now so it doesn't need more promotion. I enjoyed keeping an eye on Pro Payne, and will continue to in your new threads.
-
And changes to the arc are finished!
Fire whip matchstick added, but only as boss in the final mission.
story tweaked for missions 3 and 4, including a new ending.
all 6 of my player character Burnt Matchstick costumes are fightable in mission 3, with dialog.
Please give me any feedback on the changes, as well as any story elements like clues and descriptions that refer to story elements that have been changed.
Thank you. -
How many am I up to again? I lost count. Another retread

This was a tough one to figure out. Not sure if it fully worked or not.

I believe the closest animation option is "Bum Slump". I thought there was also an animation option for lying down. And if you have all three animations set to that, and have them set to "stay" instead of "follow" or "Run to nearest door", they *should* stay still (starting, rescued, and a third one I forget) but I'm not 100% on that.

I'm probably not looking at this the same way as some of the others do. Part of my process is to figure out what represents that character the most, get that down the best I can, then add a slight touch - for interest. It doesn't always work out well - Caemgen's nose and wing, Synapse's shoulderpads, VexXxa's... well something in there. But sometimes I really like how they turn out - Fenian's lips, Sister Psyche's hair, Amerikatt's tail, Comrade Hero's mask. They might work just as well without them, but I personally like adding those little touches when I can.
The other part that I like to remember, is that this is a superhero game, and there are thousands upon thousands of different designs. It's important to not only make a minimal design, but make one that as uniquely as possible represent the character, and that character alone. That's why I have problems with Suichiro's Burnt Matchstick, Fenian, and VexXxa, as well as Airhead's Synapse (?). If you start at the character, you might be able to see the minimal, but when you start at the minimal, it's a lot harder to go to the character.
An of course, there's the caveat that there is no right or wrong way to do these, I just like writing my thoughts out loud so to speak.
And because I think I can barely make a post here without offering something new, or at least updated, here's a couple more reminimals - which are actually just me cropping the originals down to remove other details.
BTW, I really love seeing how different people bring their own flairs to these. Airhead and Suichiro really do their best to bring things down to the absolute bare minimum (and occasionally beyond in my opinion), I like to add an extra piece to the minimum (with mixed results) I also have a tendency to go for the half-face, and others like to add extra textures and whatnot to help accentuate the pieces - like Christopher Robin's.
Oh, and my 2nd collage with the signature heroes - the pink and purple one is Numina. It's the Freedom Phalanx, she is quite hard to do because she's not as well known, and doesn't have any significant feature that especially stands out. -
Oh yeah, I suppose my favorites are: Soul Train, Dragonberry, Massacre Melanie, my Fenian, Airhead, Amerikatt, Positron, Citadel, and Suichiro's newest first one. I don't remember the name, but I recognize the character.
-
Yeah, I wasn't happy with my BaBs, so I gave it another shot
I would love to hear which ones are people's favorites, and which ones don't work quite as well. I'm still not really seeing Suichiro's Burnt Matchstick. (And I only recognize the first one of the newest three, but I think I'm just not familiar with the characters overall) -

Time for an update again!
I've ran through some of the new clone missions on my Guardian controller on a PuG. It was quite fun, I really like those new clone arcs. Will have to run through them on my Brute sometime soon.
I've also been really enjoying VexXxa's friday night themed costume TFs on my Virtue blaster even if they're depleting my free costume change tokens. They've gotten her up to level 49, and hopefully 50 next week!
And I got another piece of free art, this time from Juggertha who was doing a late night 80's TV trivia contest. I got the 7th and final spot by answering "What do you do on Jump Street?" Jump.

Made some updates to Matchstick Women thanks to i17:
*Adjusted the contact text for the first two missions.
*Increasing the role of the Peculiar Woman, and finishing her character arc.
*Added easter egg-ish cameos of three of my Burnt Matchstick characters I actually play on mission 3, along with a note about their character in their description, and powers chosen as ones I actively use (except build up/aim/fiery embrace) Might be more of a challenge, but only Boss level fights.
Short term planned changes:
Add fire whip wielding matchstick woman to the group.
finish tweaking the story for mission 3 and 4.
finish adding Burnt Matchstick cameos in mission 3 (currently have 3 out of 6)
Would love to get some feedback on the changes, or on the arc as a whole if you've never played it before. -

Is it just me, or does this slightly remind anyone of the City of Cute project?

I hope for the best for you, although your site was giving me a lot of random broken pictures for some reason. Sometimes they would show, and sometimes they would be broken.
