Thanks everyone for sticking with me. We missed a couple people this month, and picked up one more. With the points system, there will still be one more open entry month before everyone's locked in. There will be no eliminations until June. These months are for earning points. Next month's theme will be "Secret Message" if you are starting early, PM me for full details.

The Voting

Anyone can vote.
Everyone must vote for a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice.
1st choice will count as 3 votes, 2nd choice will count as 2 votes, and 3rd choice will count as 1 vote.
Voting will be open until Saturday night February 26th at midnight Eastern time.

The Points

Everyone gets 10 points for entering.
After the voting is completed, the entrant who got the most votes will get 10 additional points plus 2 bonus points for winning the month, Second place will get 9 points, Third will get 8 points, etc.
Airhead and Henri get 2 bonus points for their "Early Bird" entries.
These points will come into play starting in June.
The winner of this month will also get 10 million inf sent to them in-game through Gleemail.

I made it to Pinnacle D #2 and Justice D #1. Pinnacle didn't get hit at all, and Justice D #1 got hit after D #2, and while Justice D #2 got 3 codes, Justice D #1 only got 2 codes.

edit because I didn't feel like bumping the thread and wanted a place to vent a little bit without taking attention away from other places (and this is pretty much just me venting): I let myself out of the F-Art battle mostly due to outside pressure. Overall, the points made are mostly valid ones. I don't agree that my January piece wasn't fire themed just because it didn't have "fire" anywhere in the piece. I do agree that my opinion of it and any other piece I might submit isn't objective, and any tweakings of the rules in these first couple months may appear to benefit myself more than others. I don't think this is true, as my personal skill level as an artist is right down near the bottom of the heap in the competition. I had no delusions of winning, I merely entered because I felt like there were so few entrants to begin with that having one more would benefit the competition as a whole, that and I'm using it for myself to help grow as an artist. Like I said, I know I'm near the bottom of the heap, but it does stroke my ego a bit if I would get any votes at all. And I felt like the piece I made for this month's battle is a personal best. I don't think it's better than a lot of the entrants this month, but I think it was good enough to get a few 3rd or even 2nd place votes. And now I'll never know. But that's beside the point. Like I said, I agree with the major points. I organized this year's contest and as the sole judge, I shouldn't put myself in a position to cast my role as a judge in a dubious light in any way shape or form, which could, would, or did happen while I allow myself to enter the contest.

Did they visit Pocket D 2 on any server? We heard reports that they did on Liberty, but they did NOT on Pinnacle.

Reminder, only 25 hours left before this month's deadline. This means you - Lousy Day, Tartyrsause, Defiance Jones (would love to see a finished piece in time), and Christopher Robin (mentioning you just because, you've often been a wait-till-the-last-minute-literally-before-submitting)

I love how the comments alternate between "awesome" and "awful". Personally, I think it was great. I loved the sting at the end too.

Thanks for the critique. For future information, I always welcome critiques - it's a good part of the learning process.

As to VexXxa's question, I just recently got a chibified pumpkinhead matchstick from Lady LoveDie that's dieing to be colored, if I get to it before I start on next month's F-Art piece.

A couple more comments and questions now that I have a bit more time. First, I'd like to say thanks for the feedback and suggestions, I'm glad you liked it.

2 - I tried to put a little bit of dialog explaining that. I liked the l33t name 5mart 1, but I also liked throwing in the super-obscure reference to Dr. Wily. I suppose I could keep the l33t name in both places and put the reference into the bio.

3 - This is mostly a personal quirk of mine. I like having a singular objective in the nav bar, but I had two objectives that I see as "flavor" objectives. So my solution is to make one of them unmarked and optional, and tie the objective to the other one. If you know it's there, it might seem like it should be required, but if you don't know it's there, would it be missed?

The others are good points and I'll think on them for when I get around to an update.

BTW, what level did you play the arc at? I did throw in a bunch of additional standard bosses, lieuts, and minions (Banished Pantheon, Hydra, etc) mixed in with the Mephit clones, but I might have missed a level range hole.

That's really great, I love it. You don't mind if I color it at some point (possibly with minor edits)?

Step 4: background, bow and hand.

Personally, I'm pretty happy with how the background turned out. I really like the look of the snow against the night sky. I'm not quite as happy with the angle of her hand, or the look of her buns. They could be better, but overall I'm pretty happy with this. I might tweak it over the next week, but I'm pretty much considering it done.

Sounds like you might like to use my character Cerulean Archer, except I'm using her for my piece. I'd be perfectly happy if you decided to use her as well, but I imagine that you wouldn't want to just because you wouldn't want to have something close to my piece.

But I do have another character that might fit your bill. Shiver Queen - Shield/Ice tanker

I don't agree with your specific situation, but I do agree that they should allow more than 8 story slots after the ones you have bought.
