Getting closer to 2 billion inf. With i21 being released on Tuesday, there's a chance the first signature arc will be available, and something may be revealed. If the death is revealed, but not the killer, entries will still be collected but at a higher entry fee. So get your guesses in now!

I don't mind seeing random guesses for fun, but just a reminder - no guesses are official unless they are in-game e-mailed to me along with the appropriate entry fee.

Technically an hour early, but I don't expect a ton of last minute voters. That's usually just the artists

Yep - I've got two characters at the end of their Praetorian careers ready for First Ward, I've got a couple new characters/rerolls ready to run the new lowbie content. And I've got my level 50 T4'd character ready to check out the underground trial... though I suppose I could be running some Keyes if i could find people running it - haven't ran it on live yet at all.

Here's a question - if this station, we'll call it CTS (Cancelled too soon), did these re-runs and some of them got decent ratings. Would it be a good idea or bad idea to reboot the series with as many of the original creators as possible, maybe some of the same actors if it was feasible?

Signal: Noise #341194 by @The Cheshire Cat should be pretty good. It's a very creepy arc with not a whole lot of fighting, so being a low damage type should be ok. It doesn't get a whole lot of XP, but it's a great story.

August's theme is Oroborous

The end is the beginning is the end. For the finale the theme is Oroborous - the place, the menders, the past, the future, whatever you see fit for it.


Rules


All types of visual art are acceptable for this month's theme. Screenshot manipulations, sketches, graphic design, etc. So long as they incorporate this month's theme into the work.

1. Use City of Heroes/Villains Characters- This is, afterall, a CoX Fan Art competition, so I expect you guys to keep that in mind. If there's nothing relating to City of Heroes/Villains in your entry, you will be disqualified.

2. Keep It PG-13- All entries this month must be postable to these boards without a 2 click.

3. Deadlines- All entries MUST be submitted to this thread by Friday September 30th by Midnight Eastern US time. Voting will begin by Saturday October 1st, held here on the CoH boards. The pieces that I put up for a vote have been personally verified by me, so if you disagree with their qualifications, please take it up with me rather than the artists.

4. Prizes- The overall winner of the year will be determined this month and receive 100 million inf. Thanks to Draggynn and Amerikatt for their donations to the prize fund.

I thought this was a great video. I still haven't seen all of Cowboy Bebop, only seen those available on the Best Sessions.

I was on a little bit, but generally I've felt that this is VexXxa's thing, the few times I've tried to pull something together haven't worked. So since I didn't see anyone else there, I just let it go.

And the master list is updated - total pot up past 1.7 billion inf!

Thanks for the bump, I'll update the entries later this afternoon or tonight when I can pop on after the servers go back up. Also adjusted the rules slightly since all 8 heroes have been guessed, and clarified how I will be splitting the pot if no one gets both the victim and the culprit.
