Speaking of Air burst if you have it 2 pices of that set slotted in say Nova and in Power of the Phoenix and then you used power bolt how will the roll for KB be made? Will it roll for the inherent and then once for eatch set bonus or do they stack?

Well taking all this into account I have redone my build. And yes I do insist on taking the personal attacks. I don't use Web Grenade much If i need a hold Ill use Poison trap. I like the idea of useing all the damage procs in caltrops it sounds fun.

Honestly tho I thought that BS would be given to Brutes before stalkers. I see no problem with the animations for it ether they all look strong but keep in mind that they were all meant for the Legacy Broadsword which is why they look so strong. -
This is for PVE mostly RWZ and TF's, GR when it comes out. Its not soft caped and its not suppose to be. Slug and M30 are utility powers Burst is so I can look dam cool. Every thing else is self explanatory mostly trying to maximize the utility of my traps with some of the Procks. I could use a bit more globle recharge I think, but that's based off of my experience thus far. I don't have all this slotted in yet and so I cant be sure what I really need, if indeed I need any thing at all. Also will tactics benefit from Gaussian's Synchronized Fire-Control: Chance for build up? How dose it prock when slotted in tactics?
Any sugestions?

Bookkeeper has it for the most part. Merks and bots are kind of the same /traps works well for eather one but I would not sugest FF Im at 23 and finding it tearably boring.

Looks good so far alltho as a matter of personal opinion I think attackless MM's are boring.
Also (and this is also just my opinion) but you will get more use out of TP friend than foe because Foe will most of the time not work on boss's who are the only ones that singling out will really help you with unless of corse you solo a lot. -

Dam the torpedoes! And that stupid rule! It needs to be completely redone from the ground up. There have been a number of threads on what to do with Serum. Some sugest totaly diffrent kind of power from what it is now but if were going to talk about it with that "Cotage rule" in effect then we need to keep somthing in mind and that is...
Q: What originally inspired the Devs to make Serum what it is?
A: Back in Vietnam, Desert Shield and Desert Storm and in many works of Science Fiction revolving around these events there is often a drug or cems given to the troops that was suppose to help them. Often not aproved for human use. Ether it was to contract the nerve gas/chemical weapons or as in comic books a "super solder serum" (Ala la Cpt America) but often with debilitating or lethal side effects.
It was along this idea that serum was designed the way it was a temporary boost with a crash the only thing that doesn't make thematic sense to me is its long recharge. Other than it may kill the soldier if it was used to many times in a short amount of time. If that's the case why can't I use it on a different soldier! Any way my point is that if you want to suggest a change in Serum you need to keep in mind what the point of the power was in the first place.
It is with this in mind that I suggest that Serum affect all my pets just like the upgrades do now. As well as its recharge be cut by 1/2 and that the crash only take 1/2 the pets End and stop End recovery for a short time. -

What should relly happen is you do the front flip land on the crab legs they flex down and start to spring back up as you kick them then they fully extend and send you into the back flip to the standing position.
But well never see the anamanition for that
