  1. Both go great with /Regen because there is no Redraw

    I would think that Dark Melee would go better because it as -to hit in it attacks and has one more heal for you. Now fire is just damage, and more damage. Fire as better AoE then dark melee so if that is big for you I would go with Fire. Both will do just find so you can't go wrong
  2. Yes it is happening to me right now. I don't want to play to much because I want I16 to be here. I can't play my Scrappers because I want to make the mish harder for them I want to switch all the colors of my power for all my toons. This is the first time this has happen to me, I guess I16 is just that good! But it will pass and I will love the game more then ever.

    The min will still be there Castle it is old so it could be different now. I can only hope.

  6. Well for someone that is new I would say go with Claws/Willpower. Willpower is a great set for someone that is just starting the game. It is a toggle up and go set and is really good with just Single-Origin Enhancements. Super Reflexes is good to but it is a late bloomer, it will be around the lvl 30ish before you start to feel good. Now Dark melee will help with that with Siphon Life as it is a heal and that is what Super reflexes lacks.

    Now I love Dark melee but it does lack AoE which are good to have on teams Claws is great for that and Claws has good ST damage too. Anyone you pick you can't go wrong with but I think for a new Scrapper Claws/Willpower would be the better thing to go with.

    Again the best attack chain for having DA stack 2 times is the one that this one runs. DA->GC>GD->GC->DA->GC->SD->GC. As fire you will want to run DA to help you keep alive. If you don't want to use DA in your attack chain that is find but your not going to live as long and are dont going to being doing as much damage. If you want to run the best attack chain for Kat it is GD>GC>SD>GC. You will most likely need hasten to do that. But again you give up DA and will die a lot more. The only thing that you can add to the Damage is to get Build up and fiery Embrace up more that is all so if you want to do more damage just replace Maneuvers with Hasten and that will make Fiery Embrace and Build up come up more. But you do not need it to run your attack chain.

    Defense, I don't need Hasten to run the attack chain of DA->GC>GD->GC->DA->GC->SD->GC. Yes Hasten will get HF up 5 sec faster and my build ups faster. I'm still playing around with the build and seeing what is better.

    What are you looking to do with the build? How much are you going to spend on the builds?

    I've been working on a Kat/FA build for my brother it's not done yet but here is what I have right now.

    It runs the attack chain of DA->GC>GD->GC->DA->GC->SD->GC that will have DA stacked 2 time to put my melee over the soft cap. Like I said I'm still working on it but it should do find.

    Is it needed no, but if you want to run toggles and an High end attack chain then it will help out a lot. QR is better then Stamina but if you can have them both it make it so you don't really need to worry about end.

    The purple set go way over ED with all of the set but the Damage IO it puts it at 89% damage. Now you slot the Damage IO it puts it a 101% and 149% ED(number are just a guess). The best one not to slot is the Damage/Recharge one because it will have your damage at 97%(again just guessing) but you recharge will be lower.
